During High Point market, most restaurants are crowded, loud and overpriced. However, B3 smokehouse was a gem to find. The barbecue was delicious. The portions were great and the service was amazing. There were others eating there, but it wasn’t crowded and the service came quickly and efficiently. It’s near the ballpark so I can imagine on a day where there’s a game. It’s even more busy. As far as barbecue goes in high point, I rate this one, a nine out of 10. If you ever have a chance to go to B3 smokehouse, I suggest you do you will not regret it.

The service here is great. The gentlemen at the front was very helpful with choices and what to get. Ended up getting the brisket lunch special with a nice Czech Pilsner. The brisket itself good but not great since there was some dry/tough cuts here and there. The sauces were not impressive but that could just be personal preference. If you’re going for the brisket itself without sauce then I say this would be a decent spot. If they had a Carolina vinegar based BBQ sauce this would be 5/5 for food rating.

BEST brisket I’ve had in NC! Will be my new go-to. We shared the 1lb brisket and fried pickles and sweet potato fries. Pickles were crispy and delicious. Brisket was full of flavor and SO tender, did not even need a knife. Service was INCREDIBLE, Tommy was very knowledgeable and made our first experience fantastic!

Really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. There were 2 people working and they both had a great attitude while waiting on us. Prices were very reasonable. When back that way, we will definitely stop by again.
We had the lunch special brisket and sweet potato fries. The other couple we were with had the pulled pork and ribs.

In an ocean of pork BBQ, this island of beefy goodness is a little piece of paradise! The brisket is so tender, so perfectly smoked, that a plastic fork is all you need to cut it. The fries are fried to order and so are perfectly crisp. The biscuits are slightly crisp on top, but soft and fluffy in the middle. The underdog in all of it, is the smoked turkey. When I think of turkey, I think of dry and bland, basically a carrier for Thanksgiving gravy. But not so with this! The turkey is actually juicy and the smoke gives it a real depth of flavor that I’ve only ever had in beef. When I am in town, this is my go to lunch spot. You can’t miss!!!

Oh wow! Wanted a salad at Stock & Grain & mentioned it to the fellas at the counter. They delivered BIG TIME! They made a couple super fresh brisket salads for us with tender chunks of brisket, house made pickled onions, shredded cheddar, ranch drizzle, and BBQ sauce of our choice!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with the guys and the salad was perfection! Definitely going back!

I love every item I’ve tried from here!

The brisket is so tender & juicy that it literally melts in your mouth.

The options to choose between fries and tater tots are much appreciated! They’re both wonderful but it is so hard to choose just one!

The Turkey is the best kept secret and extremely under-rated! It’s the BEST Turkey I’ve ever had in my life. Perfect amount of flavor and oh so juicy! I’ll never eat Turkey anywhere else again!

Biscuits are massive and perfect for making a DIY sandwich.

This place has a very eclectic and interesting beer selection too.

Try to Get there early if you can because they usually sell out by dinner time.

On top of all of that the owner Chris and his staff are very welcoming & personable!

I stopped by here and ordered around 12:30pm on a Friday afternoon. This is located in a. Food hall with other places.

It was a little busy and there was a short line. I got the lunch special of 1/4 biscuit and fries. I also got a biscuit as well. I got sweet bbq sauce for the brisket and butter on my biscuit. They have garlic pepper sauce and mustard bbq sauce available as well. Biscuit toppings include SAWMILL GRAVY, LOCAL HONEY, BUTTER, HOMEMADE PIMENTO CHEESE, LOCAL JELLY, CHEDDAR CHEESE, MOLASSES, and FRIED GREEN TOMATO.

I received my food about 3 minutes after ordering. I got my order to go. My fries were hot and fresh. I ate some as I went back to my office to eat. The brisket was delicious! So tender and perfectly cooked. I used the biscuit to make a sandwich with the brisket.

I definitely plan to return. I saw they have smoked wings and Im interested in trying. The staff were friendly!

Be aware before you eat here… this is not a traditional NC barbeque place. It’s in a cafeteria and the food is not made to order. Granted, the food was still pretty good, and the cafeteria setting was quaint. But, the serving sizes were abysmal. Be prepared to get two slices of whatever meat you choose. Also, the “roll” is not warm, and it has no flavor. It seemed like they bought a bag of white rolls from the grocery store and slapped them on a plate. I wouldn’t mind so much if it didn’t cost $17 for lunch and a drink.
