Update on review. Kenny’s has changed. The last time I went there, the atmosphere was totally different. The staff was nice;however, the patrons were over-the-top cruel. Do better Rochelleans. Do better.

Somehow whenever I take a ride west (I’m from VA) I end up in this town (Rochelle) it’s never on purpose somehow always by chance.
Anyways when I’m here, I always stop by Kenny’s place, the beer is fresh, the locals have always been nothing short of hospitable and there’s always great conversation to be had here! Kenny’s will always be my first stop whenever I find myself in Rochelle!

Kenny’s Place is hands down one of the best spots in town for a night out! Welcomed by the friendly staff and the laid-back yet lively atmosphere. The bartenders are fantastic—quick and attentive.
Karaoke nights- the energy is electric! They also have free pool and darts on Thursdays!! If you’re into live music, they frequently host local bands which is ALWAYS a great time!

Just something about the bar food burger does it for me.
I met the owner Kenny, and he seems like such an awesome person. He told me a story about how he saved an older gentleman that was down the street laying in the snow. If you meet the owner asked him about the story.
I highly recommend this place if you are just trying to hang out in an environment where you actually feel safe.

Kenny’s Place is my new favorite bar in Rochelle. Drinks are reasonable, both the bartenders were absolutely great (shout out to Shannon and Jessica!), and the karaoke creates a far better atmosphere than most bars I’ve been too.
My only disappointment is that there isn’t one in Wisconsin. See you guys next time I visit the in laws!

These guys are amazing. The pool table is nice and the crowd was amazing. I lost my phone and all of the crew including the owner helped try to find my phone but in the end I found it in my truck. The karaoke was great as well.

Was here recently with some friends. We wanted to order some Irish car bombs and the bartender started complaining asking us to “please don’t make me make them.” Initially thought she was just messing around but she kept complaining so we just ordered something else. Apparently she doesn’t like getting tips. When we were asking if they had the 3 ingredients to make one she decided to act sassy and ask if we were playing a “guessing game”. Maybe she didn’t know how to make one. Also she was obviously drunk. I don’t really care normally but she seemed way too drunk to do her job properly.
