Terrible discrimination! It was happened 09/20/2022 around 3 pm.
My daughter like to eat burger then she tried to order. At the cashier, The lady she make terrible behavior on my daughter , she served my daughter like a homeless / beggar. No respect at all. Other man also same , I was watching them! They served others with a lot different behavior.
Even that, their food quality was so bad , no fresh , smell of oil so awful.

Got really sick here and they charge for drink refills .96 and the burger 13.00 made me sick to I had to go to my childrens hospital for treatment

I love the food at Burger King; however the service at the Burger King in the Aurora Mall is the worst I have experienced. The employees ignore guests completely.
On Tuesday at 3:30 I was going to buy a BK meal. I checked their website first. They were supposed to be open till 8pm, but I was ignored. I saw one guy in the back doing something. I called out to him. He never even looked up.
I walked to the very side of the front and saw several more BK employees just standing around talking.
I again called and this time I was told they were closed. What? Every time I’ve been there it’s been the same. At BK Aurora Mall, every time I have been there …. I got no service or they closed early. I went to one of the many fl busy restaurants there …. Chick-fil-A. I was greeted merrily. There was a line, but that’s OK I don’t mind waiting in line

Took a special needs group to the mall and tried to eat here. The manager running the register ignored us and assisted all of the people behind us before taking any of our orders. Its always the same person running the front and I feel that he discriminates against the special needs community anytime one of our people orders from here.

Every time I eat here, I have hot and fresh food that you can tell they just barely made before serving. Also I am autistic and always order my burgers a certain way and they always make them the way I want, which means A LOT to me!

The manager packed my order after the drive-thru employee got it wrong, and didn’t put any bodies fries in. Was mad when I asked for the receipt, (Wanted to make sure it was correct.) When I called to complain, I heard her in the back ground being disrespectful. I will never go back there and I’ll tell all my friends to do the same. Wish I could give negative stars. (-5) stars for the managers disrespectful manner and disregard for customer satisfaction.. ☹️☹️☹️
