I just can’t do it anymore. I asked for the bagel to be toasted twice with butter. Instead they smash/flatten the bagel lightly toasted with light butter.

Moved to Tampa Florida about a year ago, do not miss a single thing except my mom and Florham Park bagels My boyfriend brought me back a dozen bagels after visiting for Christmas and I didn’t realize what I was missing until I had it back. Their bagels are so big and soft but perfectly crunchy on the outside. The everything bagels don’t have too much seasoning it’s all just perfect. I’ve been a loyal FP bagels customer since middle school and nothing can top them, idk how their rating is so low I’ve never had anything but a pleasant experience And they make the bagels fresh EVERYDAY!!!

Dirty. Last time I was there…I saw tons of fruitflies by the bagels in the case. I understand maybe or or two floating around but it was A LOT. The girl picking the bagels did not bat an eye or care. I wouldn’t return after that….I was really grossed out. Though the bagels are big and fluffy— it’s not worth it. Also not very friendly…I waited for a while for someone to come to the counter.

As a resident of Florham Park that has frequented this establishment for 5+ years, I am saddened by todays experience. The customer service has always been poor, as you can see by the 3.3 star reviews, but the level of demeaning speech I received from what I assume is business owner was insane. What was my offense? Forgetting to say “toasted” while ordering my bagel. I immediately apologized for my mistake, and requested a correction, and was reprimanded like a child without a brain. As a service provider in the area, I would NEVER speak to one of my patients in such a demeaning tone. Will not be going back and I will be sharing my experience with the other offices in my complex that frequent this establishment. Shame on him, he is a horribly mannered and tempered man.

I was highly disappointed ordering an egg and cheese on a bagel. Besides it being freshly made it was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted and there was no flavor. The lack of egg and cheese in the sandwich was also disappointing. Service wasn’t that friendly felt like I was annoying them ordering something so simple.

Message to the owner: The short Mexican guy who appears to run the place is always too busy talking and joking to do his job. Ordered a BEC on a roll…I was the only person there…and he got it wrong. This wasn’t the first time. Also your coffee is disgusting…gas station coffee is better. A bagel place with barely 3.5 is NOT good and hopefully my review brings it even lower. You lost me as a customer I’ll go to McDonald’s next time. This is Florham park not Paterson…do better.

I have been a customer for years, and stopped in frequently when I was working in Florham Park.
Very good quality; fresh bagels and sandwiches, and friendly service. The owner is a great guy and his employees are also kind and pleasant. They work extremely hard, completing catering orders in the early AM while baking bagels for the day.
So given very good food quality, great customer experience, and reasonable prices, this business provides very good overall value.

Bagels were fresh, sausage was tasty and eggs were cooked perfectly. I go to the boonton spot a lot so finally made it here. Glad I made it!
