Just had the greatest experience at this Dunkin’ donuts. As soon as I ordered the drive-thru the person taking my order was cracking jokes laughing I could tell she was smiling just by her voice. When I pulled up to the window the great is continued. I did not get their name but they made a suggestion on what kind of coffee I should get it was delicious and it was great to finally see a gun control his employees smiling and laughing and giving great service.

So yall need to train these people to actually give the correct order. I’m allergic to cinnamon and TWO TIMES I was given a cinnamon and raisin bagel with cream cheese. So far from what I originally ordered, a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. I legit wasted money. Thanks Dunks.

I love this store! Only problem was an employee Alisha, every time I come in every employee is extremely sweet and takes my order right away. But Alisha will always see me, give me a dirty look then walk away, but when she does, she is very rude. Therefor I do not go to this store anymore and actually take a different route to visit another store.

There is a worker named Carl…. he gets up at 3:30 am everyday to make the doughnuts. He is single handily carrying this franchise. His doughnut ideas, coffee flavors and marketing strategies are top notch. He is significantly underpaid. A dedicated employee as him should never under appreciate.i hope you model all employees after Carl. He is the greatest doughnut maker ever

My cashier corrected us and said that we only had 2 more munchkins and not 3 and then we ended up with only 9. Then she was staring at me! I am disappointed with the service. My frozen coffee was so bitter we couldn’t drink it!
