Great spot. Rooftop bar with nice view. Plenty of seating. Happy hour menu. Food was good. Spicy ahi tacos were not spicy but not bad. Will try other options and definitely revisit. Staff and service were great.

Had a great dinner and cocktails! The Vilano Mahi tacos were so flavorful! Highly recommend. Also enjoyed the green chili chicken tostones and yucca croquettes. Hope to return one day soon!

It has been a few months since we last visited Pesca Rooftop, so we decided to stop by for some drinks and enjoy the beautiful night under the stars! WOW!! We sure chose THE BEST night to have a few cocktails!! Mother Nature was showing out and dialed up the most perfect weather and occasionally sent a delightful breeze for us to enjoy! The cocktails were perfectly crafted and delivered to our table swiftly by our gracious server, Natalie!! Let’s not forget about the entertainment!!! A local band, Auggy Style, was rockin’ out when we stepped off the elevator! If you enjoy 90’s music, you need to look them up so that you can follow them to their shows! The atmosphere was fun and electrifying! Folks were up dancing and enjoying their vibe! It was amazing!! Our goal is to not wait so long between visits! Thank you, Pesca Rooftop, for dialing up such a fantastic evening!! See y’all soon!!!

Stopped up at the Pesca Vilano Rooftop during my stay at the Hyatt. This lounge is located on the 4th and top floor of the hotel, unfortunately it was kind of rainy when I was up here so I didn’t get the full outdoor experience.
I’ll say that the oysters were great and so was the service. On a nice weather day I’d imagine that the Pesca Vilano Rooftop is the place to be!

Abby did not expect to work tonight as she was called in by her brother, I think he was managing that night (who sat us, and handled the extremely rude gentleman that was there in front of us, who refused to go to the bar as he was waiting on two other people) and she was awesome! The scenery is what you’d expect from a rooftop on the beach. The sunset was beautiful to watch!
We came specificly for the mignonette served with the raw oysters and it was one of the best we’ve had yet! The firecracker sauce on the shrimp had… No flavor? But they were a good size and fresh and crunchy for being fried and drenched in sauce!
Live music was really good, didn’t catch the duo’s name but they crushed it!
Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area!
Friday night around 6pm on 2/20

Beautiful spot but last night the hostess when she was there were telling people it was a 55 minute wait! There were plenty of empty tables but no servers! No need to wait that long when you can get your own drinks at the bar and still enjoy the view & music. Hostesses need better training . We ended up leaving and went to another rooftop downtown, no problem

Pesca Vilano offers a lovely rooftop setting with a view of the ocean, giving guests a pleasant glimpse of the water without being right by it. The location and ambiance, especially the rooftop perspective, provide a relaxing vibe that’s perfect for a laid-back meal with scenic surroundings.
Unfortunately, while the view was enjoyable, the experience fell short in other areas. The food was mediocre and didn’t have the flavors or quality we anticipated, especially given the premium prices. Each dish felt lacking, and nothing stood out as particularly memorable.
The drinks were similarly disappointing. While the menu suggested creative ingredients, the flavors leaned too bitter, overshadowing what could have been refreshing cocktails.
The service was decent, with staff who were polite and attentive. However, even with friendly service, the overall experience left us underwhelmed.
In summary, Pesca Vilano’s rooftop views are its best feature, providing a pleasant backdrop, but the food, drinks, and value didn’t meet expectations, making it a pricey Sunday outing that we left wishing had been more satisfying.

My schedule was light on Friday so I took the family out. We got there around 4pm right before they got busy. Happy hour was 3-6pm(Sunday-Friday 3pm-6pm). Great prices and great tasting cocktails. We tried the Pesca Punch, Mantanzas Margarita, Vilano Vixen, Old Fashion. The kids chicken fingers and tots were mid. The Firecracker shrimp came with a sweet and spicy aioli. I would say that the Firecracker shrimp were worth getting.
The band was very good. The views and ambience were great. Our server Jack was tentative and friendly.

High potential but inconsistent. When it’s good, it’s great. Unfortunately, they seem to be all over the place. Their branding is adorable and they have the cutest happy hour drinks. Some events have been great, others have been dead. Call ahead to make sure they will be open before getting hyped about plans.

Ate on the rooftop with a large group of friends & it was an absolutely beautiful evening. The waitress was very nice. I got the brie appetizer & spring rolls to share and they were both delicious. I ordered the tuna poke bowl for dinner and it was outstanding. My friend did not care for the cod fritters at all & the rest of us tried a bite and agreed that they were not very tasty. Everything else was wonderful & will definitely come back with my family sometime. Their drink cups are adorable & they should defintely have extra on hand to sell. We were all disappointed that we couldn’t buy any from them.
