She raised me from my birth. She is from Bang Pee district, Samutprakarn. She was the first person to teach me how to cook Thai food. I not only learned how to cook Thai food from my grandmother and my mother, I also learned how to cook standard Thai food at Bangkok Vocational School. My special dishes are Pad Thai, Tom Yum Shrimp, Thai Curry both Middle/Southern style, Todmon Corn and other.

Was very excited to try this authentic Thai food. Tong Thai came to Mercy hospital as a hospital week celebration.
Staff was very nice and professional.
It did take 1 hour to get 2 food choices which is unacceptable at any food establishment, let alone a food truck.
The pork bowl was beautiful but average for flavor. The wings tasted funny like they were old and had disagreeable flavor. Definitely undercooked and skin texture was rubbery
Expensive for products received.
Would pass if I saw this truck on the streets again.

Ordered some Pork Eggrolls and Spicy Chicken Wings from the food truck. Wings were very crispy, juicy and had a delicious, unique garlic tamarind sauce. Had just enough spice to burn but, not overwhelm. Eggrolls were packed with pork and glass noodles. Had the delicate, crispy wrapper I love. Wish the sauce had a little more bite though.

Not very flavorful and you don’t get very much for $12. I have never had a pad Thai that didn’t have vegetables inside besides beans, sprouts and I’ve never had a pad Thai with rice spaghetti noodles. This food truck came to our local county fair and I couldn’t be more disappointed

Love their Thai owned catering and street food options! I’m gluten and dairy free and they have many options we can eat! The Thai chicken curry and corn fritters (Tod Mon Corn) are our favorites! My kids love them too!

I give NEGATIVE 5 stars. I ordered a yellow curry dish with a side of rice for $14. They are so stingy with their portion that they gave me double the amount of rice over the curry so I basically paid to get rice with a side of curry. They filled the curry only half of the small container with a huge bowl of rice and one egg. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT AND RIP OFF. I didn’t pay for the rice! I paid for the curry as it’s on your menu! Shame on you! How could you be scamming your customers like that. I could get a big plate of curry at an actual Thai Restaurant for $14 with a side of rice. On top of that your wait time was over 20mins with only 3 people in line. I hope your business goes out from karma for your greed. I will never buy anything from you again and highly do not recommend your food truck. You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered pad Thai- took over 20 minutes to receive my order. They gave 2 people who ordered after me their food before I received my food. They also ordered pad Thai. Very disappointed with how it was handled and the pad Thai was very flavorless. 🙁
