The guy that we placed are order with couldn’t looked more bothered that we were ordering stuff, the ice tea was extremely flat but at least cold, the cookie was fine nothing fantastic. the coffee is pretty good but the employees look extremely bothered and sorta expensive for what it was. Could’ve been better, I’ve had been experiences.

The service is average. I feel like they should have more employees especially for the morning rush. The coffee is good but I find myself constantly having to heat it up. It’s located inside a busy hospital so I expect some issues with waiting on line or longer than usual service times. Overall, normal Panera prices and good quality food and coffee.

This Panera Bread restaurant is located inside the Westchester Medical Center, but it doesn’t have a hospital vibe. The food is delicious, and the self ordering menu is clear and simple. The place is very clean and organized. The waiting time is minimal, and they have plenty of tables and chairs right by the lobby and outdoors.

I want to recognize Xavier for making my Panera visits such a great experience. He always greets customers with the warmest smile and such positive energy that instantly brightens the day. His kindness and attentiveness show in the way he treats everyone, and he goes above and beyond to make sure orders are right and service is smooth. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys their work and spreads that joy to others, but Xavier does exactly that. Thank you for the great service and the positive vibes every time!

As far as the Westchester medical Center location goes this place is hit or miss. Lately it’s been missing. I order in the app, and the past three times my bread was stale. Today they didn’t even try, they gave me two different breads. (Pic 1) And the time before that they didn’t even give me the bread I ordered. (Pic 2). I’m going to send this review to customer service and delete the app. These are $12 sandwiches that are stale and not worth the aggravation. Save your time and money and choose another option.

I had a very delicious and filling bowl of oatmeal. After 3 weeks of rehab facility food, this was a happy moment. Lovely combination of fruits, spices and quality!!! Oatmeal. Much appreciated and highly recommended if you’ve been on the ‘inside’ for awhile!
There are some concerns noted about prices. I’ve been abroad for 22 years so everything seems expensive! I wonder if Panera might consider allocating some of its profits from this location ( I imagine it is a very profitable location) to WMC charities.

Poor customer service. I mean the two Latinos in the front desk were courteous, but they failed not giving me a purchase receipt. They have to ask if the customer wants a receipt. The white woman bringing the food always act as a machine, not as a human being. Come on, guys! You’ve been doing badly for long time. It seems that the store supervisor isn’t not doing his or her job. Come on guys, give me a break. A lot of people out there needing a job and you aren’t value yours. Finally, Panera store in this hospital needs competency, to show them how to offer a food service at high value.

Horrible. Ordered online and the only thing they got correct was my sandwich! Ordered a French onion soup and got a broccoli cheddar in the bag.. cookie and chips that I ordered missing. Never coming back here.

This smoothie is not 16oz as you advertised. I talked with your manager and all she would say is that you only sell one size. She could not understand that what was served was not 16oz as advertised.
Additionally, not allowing for a refill of coffee and forcing customers to purchase more cups is a waste of resources on your end and on the environment. Furthermore, it aims to greater the profit your company rather than genuinely looking out for the consumers’ interest.
If you truly promote environmentally friendly practices and look out for the customers’ interests, you would allow for refills and not cheat the customer through false advertising. Please contact me for further information.
