We are traveling through with our RV and needed a late dinner option. Only 2 pizza places were shakers and loved truck stop. Decided to go with shakers but this was a mistake. We ordered at 8pm, they close at 9pm. Guy was rude on the phone and in person, probably due to the late order. He told me 20 min and I got there at 8:22. Pizza was cold and not cooked. Pics attached are of how much raw dough there was. If you didn’t want to make the pizza, don’t take the order. $34 wasted.

Tried calling the store multiple times to place a to go order and got a busy signal, so I walked in and asked if the phone was out of order and they said it somehow got unplugged not the same shakers as before for sure. The 2 workers just looked at each other and smiled. We have always supported this store, but no more.

I had the Wings and Philly sandwich and they were great !! I must also say that the service was friendly and fast!! The young lady working never stopped… she’s a dang hard working employee. She was cleaning cooking and answering phones like nobody’s business. I’m a truck driver and I parked next door walked over and would definitely come back.

The food was so good but the service sucks. We were not welcomed in, they sat on there phone while we stood ready to order. They were dressed in sweat pants and a hoodie that was dirty with there shoes off.

The customer service is the sweetest!!! My two small little girls wasn’t feeling their best, and the cashier bought her toys, and even helped me put my food in the car. The food, was soo good everything I ordered tasted great me & my kids loved it, and it had a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place, its family oriented I will be back for sure!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas, only 1 done on arrival, told it would be another 20 min. Took the one that was done. Pizza was Dried out and disgusting. Last time ever going to shakerz. Used to be the best pizza around, Staff would greet you with a smile and where so friendly. They not only went way down hill, they fell of the cliff. Thanks for the memories

We have tried this place more than once , gave them a few chances .3 years ago the place was good..lil.pricey ..yet still good quality an tasty. But a couple years ago it started going downhill. The pizza is NOT the same …never warm, most time.not fully cooked an staff is rude an don’t care about complaints. I was told the pizza is not still warm due to.warmwr doesn’t work an hasn’t for a while., they jus set it under it even with it not on. When you tell.them the complaints your told oh well.sorry you didn’t like it. Management is hardly ever there to address issues. Prices are even higher than they was when it was good an kept warm an fully cooked. A few miles down the road in middleton has them.beat on quality, price an service hands down. We always try to support local.smaller buisness ..but when. They jus don’t care an never try to fix the issues ..you bring buisness where it’s better an appreciated.

This is much more than a pizza place. I don’t know how many people would go to Walnut just to eat here because Walnut is an out-of-the-way kind of place. Most people are probably just passing through from one place to another. But if you are passing through you should do yourself a favor and stop at Shakers Pizza. The pizzas are amazing… way better than a regular pizza place. I highly recommend the Philadelphia style pizza … it’s simply amazing! And they have so much more than pizza as well. They have spuds, chicken wings, salads, calzones… And even more stuff that I can’t remember at the moment. And every time I tried something new it was always awesome. I have never been disappointed with any of the food at this pizza place.
