I eat here often with my bestie Kris Prince and the sandwiches are better at Walmart but the coupons they give make eating here bearable. The restrooms are always out of order so I have to prairie dog it till we get back to work

Well this was my default sandwich shop in town, but they stopped serving regular iced tea. I can’t drink bottled sweet tea, it has waaay too much sugar in it. So now if I get a sandwich here I have to go to Casey’s or Sonic across the street to get a drink.

Your Representative Reese has a terrible attitude one person ordered online ordered cookies got there no cookies she was rude to her. An older lady came in to order. Doesn’t know how to use the kiosk’s and she was rude to her snappy when she was asking what she was wanting on her sandwiches since she had a verbally. Explain what she wanted then I went to the kiosk ordered my food before any of those people were there. I ordered three cookies no cookies available. She told me I should’ve went up to the cookie counter and looked before I ordered on a kiosk no Subway or its employees should fix their system so that no cookies are available to order. I’m not gonna go up to the front of the line when I’m ordering on a computer screen find a way to make sure that the kiosk doesn’t know that you have items missing on your menu truly disgusting. She is a terrible representative of the company. I will not be back

I went to this subway with intentions of paying with a digital gift card I received as a gift. The new kiosks were no kind with the screens not registering my finger touching it. The entire time I sat and struggled to place my own order through the kiosk 2 female workers were standing behind the counter complaining how they did not want to be there. How they would rather be at home watching their show. I find this extremely frustrating. That they are getting paid to work, however I am ordering my own sandwich through a kiosk that I forgot to mention would not take my digital gift card as payment as the kiosk has not been set up yet to scan QR codes. I am extremely unhappy with my visit to subway today.

I always put in online orders and the past 14 times I have put toasted for my sandwiches and they never toast them. It’s never just one employee it’s all of them every single time whether it’s busy or slow. Can’t a man just have his nice toasted sandwich in peace

I’m new to Valley Center Ks and this was my first time eating at the Subway here. It was very good and fresh and the 2 guys there were very friendly. Keep it up . I would have posted a picture but I was hungry and ate my sandwich before I thought about it . I had the classic cold cut combo with all the veggies.

This use to be a great place to get a quick sandwich. The new boys and yes they are boys are the slowest sandwich I’ve EVER seen. It is painful to watch them work. They act as if you are killing them to ask them for anything! I tried giving them multiple chances in the last month. It has never improved. Each time the sandwich prep area was disgusting and dirty. You ask for certain items and supposedly they are out. Then they move with ZERO purpose. Are in absolutely NO HURRY at all. It is absolutely ridiculous.

The girl working first weighed the meat for my sandwich on a filthy scale and then dumped the spilled meat onto my sandwich and then scraped the knife she was using to cut the other sandwich I ordered on the edge of the counter “just in case there was anything on it”…. shouldn’t it be a clean knife to begin with? Not the first time this place has been horrible in service and now apparently their cleanliness. Incredible she didn’t even seem phased.
