By far this is the best wing stop yet. The new manager you have there is amazing. He has gotten his crew to work properly, fast and friendly. I do doordash and i hardly ever have a pick up order ready at any other restaurant. They have a great system of working and getting the orders out fast. Very friendly staff also. This manager should show all the restaurants how to get orders out fast and with a smile.

One of the newer locations and already screws up orders. Continues to serve undercooked corn. 10/22 order was screwed up. Gave me mango habanero instead of Cajun. When asked for a remake I was told the wait would be over an hour. Why do I have to wait when YOUR staff lacks reading abilities or comprehension. Now I know I have to check everything from these books people.

This review is all about the customer service I experienced last night. My husband placed an online order, and never got confirmation, but the transaction appeared on our account. I drove up there to show them what happened and the only reply they could provide was ‘contact your bank’, which they repeated multiple times.

She finally admitted that ‘this happens sometimes’. Well, to me, that indicates an issue on the store’s end. The young lady was curt and dismissive. What she should have said was simply, “Mam, we’ve seen this before and the transaction typically falls off. I apologize, but I can’t fulfill the order because it didn’t make it into my system. If the transaction doesn’t fall off, contact your bank for assistance. You are welcome to place another order and we can make it.” Instead, because of how uncaring and curt she was, she lost my business.

ZERO customer service skills- it was like talking to a 12 year old.

Slow, slow, slow! They put DoorDash and Uber Eats orders over the carry out and dine in orders. Instead of preparing them as they come in. My order according to the app was supposed to take 27 mins. I set and watched and over heard the staff state “we can’t have these dashers waiting,” even though the drivers had yet to show up. My order took an extra 25mins because of this.

I have came to the store many times before enough noticed a constant pattern with the afternoon team. I have recently paid attention to the new AI system that they have and when you walk in, you’re able to see how many orders they have on the screen When I walked in the screen had about seven orders, and the cashiers said it was a 45 to an hour wait time. According to Wingstop in Alvin, your new AI system should be helping you have chicken Down at all times cooking so you have chicken up on time. Today I came in as a walk-in and it took them almost 30 minutes to take out my food

Hiring manager needs to clean out their current lazy staff. We arrived to eat on site, it was 4 of us, the restaurant was empty. Immediately the girl in the front says it’s going to be 45 min wait. Then one of the cooks in the back (one of the guys) sarcastically mentions “idk man 45mins is a reallyyyyy loooooong time to wait” then laughs with his coworkers in the back. We were willing to wait however, once the guy made that comment I immediately knew they didn’t want to work. I had asked why the wait was long, and if it was due to online orders. The girl mentioned the didn’t have online orders. We ended up walking away. Customer service is key for returning customers. Never going here again.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo on 2/29. I noticed my bun was burnt but I let it go, halfway through my sandwich I could not bite it anymore, it was rubbery. I called and told them, they offered to remake it. I told them to make me wings instead because this is the second time I’ve ordered a chicken sandwich and it was rubbery. They were very nice about it. A few hours later I noticed my stomach was upset, turns out I have food poisoning.

Literally the worse wing stop in the area….received fries soaked and covered in grease, cashier responded “there is nothing we can do about it.” I’ve tried to give them another chance, but the poor quality seems to be consistent. The manager Angel could work on her customer service as well as it has been consistently been poor….
