This was an awesome experience. We were quite pleased with our meal, the food, the service, the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
This was only our second time at Chipotle – our 1st at this restaurant. I told the employee that I found it confusing, and she walked us through the whole process quite painlessly. I was very thankful. I think it will be easy for me next time, and there will be a next time! We had conversation with two employees. Both ladies were proficient servers and knowledgeable about their jobs. One was quite a good ambassador for the store and was working hard to see that costumers were served good, hot food quickly and that they left the store happy.
Thank you for a lovely meal and experience.

Tiniest crappy burritos of any Chipotle I’ve ordered from in 5 years. Taco Bell makes this chipotle look like crap. $13 for a burrito for it to look like a $4 burrito from Taco Bell is unacceptable. Plus biting into it, there was no meat. This location killed a long time fanboy of Chipotle after spending multiple thousands on Chipotle over the years. This is horrible. Avoid at all cost. The burrito was the same size as a computer mouse for reference.

For the third week in a row, I have stopped by on Sunday after church and one of the doors is always locked So you have to walk around the building to the other door… Today the staff was very abrupt and rude.. Most of these they are OK… Never friendly just OK but today caused me to make a decision to drive right past and go to the one in Trussville. The food is generally good except for the guacamole which you have to pay extra for, and it never has the same flavor as other locations and always has big pieces of avocado in it.

It’s has been over 6 months since I visited this location. The store is NOW Clean and under new management. The workers are dedicated to cleaning tables and clearing the fountain area with utensils. Please support this location again as they rebuild and focus on our community having a great dining experience inside or to go.

2 out of the last 3 visits have been awful. I just picked up a steak burrito. The stake and rice were cold…not luke warm…COLD…I thought they only used fresh food. This food obviously came out of the walk in refrigerator. You can’t call and speak with anyone at the store. I give up. I won’t be back.

I don’t know what’s up with all the bad reviews but it looks like Chipotle, tastes like Chipotle and is priced like Chipotle.
So if you want Chipotle, this is the place to go. If you want something else, go somewhere else. But not sure why everyone is complaining- I love Chipotle for what it is and this place was exactly what I expected it to be!

The last few times I have come for lunch and dinner the portions are so little it doesn’t even fill a bowl maybe half of a bowl. Last night when I ordered a steak bowl for dinner my rice was so hard and cold I couldn’t even eat it. This place has really gone down hill compared to when I first started coming here.

I am highly disappointed. Just now I picked up my bowl at 12noon on September 26th, 2025 and the portions they served was not even half on the bowl.
I visit here everyday. All the employees knows me. Today I have seen a set of new people and literally they are serving the amount of table spoons.

Food is nasty. Literally tastes different than other chipotles and extremely DRY. The red sauce has no spice to it and usually burns my mouth at other locations. Chips are hard and stale. One of the doors doesn’t even work so it looks closed then they wave through the window for you to walk around the building. How about post a sign?
Then to top it off the guy taking my order tried to keep my change and say he thought my $50 was a $20. I could tell he was lying. Won’t be returning. This location should close as fast as it opened.
