Do not eat here for another 6 – 12 months until they can figure out staffing and management. Got a number 4, salad and soup came out to $35, which is a bit high but doable. The wait though was 35 minutes at noon on a Saturday with 3 cars ahead of us, not doable. Our root beer was bad (no check of fountain drinks at start of shift) they replaced it which was great but what kills me is there’s no sorry for the delay or the drink, I’m easy that would’ve probably made up for the delay and drinks. Wanted to like this place so much but sadly was very disappointing.

The food took the people there around 10-15 minutes to make even though we only got 2 small sandwiches, a classic and a roast beef which weren’t terrible, just not worth the wait at all. Good thing for you, there’s a KFC and an Andy’s Frozen Custard right beside it, perfect for people who don’t have 20 minutes to burn doing nothing in their car.

I could not be more HAPPIER with my well-done sandwich and my loaded potato soup!!!! I love that you place your order and your sandwich buns are freshly toasted and your sandwich is freshly done! It might take a little longer than you expect but we all have to remember that it’s being done after you order! Being patience with this new store and the little adults in training (teens) is the key let’s give them a chance! We all been there!

This store in Bentonville / Centerton is on my way to work, so I order from here 1 or 2 times a week, I have called and complained to the manager that my calzone sandwiches has been getting lighter and lighter to the point to where it’s mostly bread, he offered me a free sandwich but I declined, I told him that I just want to get my moneys worth with future purchases, It got better for a few weeks and today I get to work to work my 12 hour shift and find that my sandwich which is mostly bread with very little meat .
I’m about done with this store! Time to find another quick restaurant to start getting my lunch from.
BTW, the Rogers store is awesome at making sandwiches! I wish that store was on my way to work instead of this one.

Missing items always from this location. No pickles with sandwiches, I ordered a French dip and no Au Jus sauce. It’s hardly ever right. Manager is no help. It’s funny because the location in Rogers, AR always gets it right.

The one star reviews are true! This location is a drive thru only which is fine if there was any indication of this before you arrive. The food leaves a ton to be desired. While cooked well the preparation is wrong. The original turkey I received had a ton of mustard on it? They forgot my child’s drink and while coming out to ask if we needed anything before we left did nothing spectacular as far as service is considered. The music inside was alright but to each their own. I get this is how the world is going now but I would recommend a different location if you can and enjoy better service.
