Just ordered a sandwich online, but it was missing most of the vegetables as the order. Here’s a photo to prove this. As much as I am upset about this, I should be more careful to make sure the sandwich is good before I leave the store. Hope others are being careful in case this happens. I have to take the loss since the store said they can’t refund me because I was already eating the sandwich. They can only refund me if make the trip to their store and return the sandwich in full not as partially eaten. BE AWARE!!!

I’m so frustrated right now. We ordered dinner from subway on 3rd Ave in Corvallis Oregon this evening and there ended up being something that had spoiled on our sandwich we couldn’t pin point the exact item it was but it tasted horrid and u could even smell a ranged smell from the sandwich. So I went back with the whole sandwich except the two bites we had taken out of it. And I had my receipt with me. First the one guy says well I just had a Sandwich and mine tasted fine. As if I was having fun and just for the hell of it decided I didn’t want a perfectly good sandwich and brought it back just for the fun of it. But he took the sandwich and threw it away then tells me there’s nothing he can do he’s not authorized to refund my money tried calling the manager but they didn’t answer his call. So I was basically told I was sol and I wasted my money on poor quality food and my time coming back because I have never seen someone who takes an item back with the receipt 15 mins after purchasing it be told that they wouldn’t be refunded I’m out of loss for words. But I will say I’m not some naive person that doesn’t know there are some people out there that try to scan places and get free food and what not. But a little piece of advice don’t insult your customers by implying u think they are lying and trying to pull a fast one when they have to go out of their way to bring back their food that they obviously wanted or they wouldn’t have bought it in the first place because it’s spoiled by saying well I just had a sandwich and it wasn’t bad specially when u can’t even refund them their money. I never thought a sandwich could change lives, but this Subway proved me wrong with their jalapeño-packed masterpiece. My brother-in-law, fresh off his college degree and after recently deciding to leave his loving wife and two children for the rich and single life, ordered one of their spicy subs. His food poisoning lasted days, then, as if it couldn’t get any better, a fiery rash spread between his cheeks. No amount of Desitin could tame it. He’s been waddling around the house like a penguin, clutching an ice pack to sit, and—brace yourself—every fart comes with a little surprise.
Call it spicy divine intervention, but this sub delivered the ultimate revenge plot twist I didn’t know I needed. Thank you, Subway, for crafting a sandwich that spiced up our lives and sent him packing. Highly recommend the jalapeño special for anyone needing a little chaos with their lunch!

I ordered a 6inch and got charged for a foot long steak and cheese. Not a big deal but I have yet to receive my money back. Good customer service and customer support so this a rare mistake. 8 enjoy this location just want my refund as I have requested it just waiting on the reply. Thank you.

The service is terrible here, the two employees for one part were not paying attention seeming annoyed that they had costumers. Their attitude towards me and other customers screamed racism and was honestly disgusting. Instead of taking my order with the usual “What can I get you?” The worker waved in my direction and said “Do you know what you want?” In a way I didn’t know if she was ready for me to order. I stood there for a few seconds confused because I wasn’t sure what she wanted. Once I figured out she was telling me to order I started. When we got to the olives I asked for extra olives, she grabbed around a half a handful and when I asked for more she put on even less. The older gentleman in front of me was finishing purchasing his food and Instead of putting his food into the bag she slid his food to him and practically threw the bag at him watching as he bagged his own food. Both the workers kept staring at my dad and other customers with a darker skin tone and looking at each other with that look so many people know. It’s disgusting we can’t even order food without facing discrimination. There are plenty of other places to go so do NOT go here.

Jeff is truly THE sandwich artist. I’ve never seen someone put so much care into making my sandwich and it was the best one I’ve ever eaten. Amazing customer service, fantastic music, an experience I’ll never forget. Subway give this man a RAISE.

I visited on 7/9/23 around 11 am. The two employees (guy and girl) on shift seemed to be too embedded in discussing work place drama to acknowledge me, even though I was the only one in there. The guy who took my order seemed to be annoyed by my presence. His way of cueing me to tell him what I wanted to order was by looking at me and gesturing for me to say something with his hands. I felt unwelcome and like my being there was interrupting what they were doing. I didn’t order anything crazy or make any put of the ordinary requests.
