I visited Panda Express in Burnsville a few days ago, and overall, my experience was excellent. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was — the tables were tidy, and the atmosphere was comfortable, making it a pleasant visit even though it’s a fast-food setting.

I ordered the Orange Chicken with fried rice, and the dishes were fresh and hot when served. The flavor balanced the sweetness and tanginess of the sauce perfectly, and the chicken was crispy on the outside yet tender inside, reflecting good preparation quality. The portion size was also reasonable for the price.

Customer service was impressive; the staff were friendly and helpful. Even during busy times, they worked hard to fulfill orders quickly without noticeable delays. The menu offers a variety of options to suit different tastes, whether you prefer spicy or mild dishes.

The restaurant provides dine-in seating, take-out, and a drive-thru, which adds convenience, especially if you’re in a hurry.

I definitely recommend Panda Express in Burnsville for anyone looking for a quick, tasty, and reasonably priced American-Chinese meal. I’ll certainly be back to try more dishes from their menu.

This was my first time having Panda Express. Tldr:
Pros: broccoli beef & white rice flavor
Cons: portion size
More details: I had a chicken egg roll, which was average, not particularly flavorful but also not soggy or too crispy so that was a plus. I also had a bowl of broccoli beef with white rice. My only complaint here was the portion size. There wasn’t much beef but quite a bit of rice and broccoli. For the price I’d probably go to a regular Asian eatery and get take out but on-the-go, it was ok for what it is – fast food. The cashier was friendly and efficient.

My girlfriend and i absolutely loved panda express but tonight truly changed our outlook. We not only had mold in our egg rolls, but also in our shrimp. (We tried our best to get a good picture but our cameras wouldnt focus) We are sick to our stomachs due to this. Probably won’t eat here ever again.

Food great just like any other Panda Express, but the portion is terrible. Do yourself a favor and drive to Apple valley location. They’ve never skimped.

I went in here for dinner. I went inside, as I personally find going in to be quicker (anywhere). Anyway, I was served right away. There is some customization in ordering- it’s not “I’ll take a #1, large.” Portion sizing seemed comparable to any similar establishment, such as LeAnn Chin. Overall, I enjoyed it. The food can be high in calorie count, but it is tasty, and had definitive flavor. Parking was very plentiful. In case the parking lot is somehow full, there is the Mall parking lot right across from the outer ring drive.

Food looked cold, when I asked for fresh food & ill wait I was told food was fresh. When I got it the honey shrimp was soggy & wasnt fresh. The orange chicken was cold & same with teriyaki chicken. We got a fresh order with all fresh products but the teriyaki was still luke warm. If the people in black shirts are management well reefah Indian looking lady was very unprofessional & needs better customer service skills as well as the young Asian looking lady at 12pm on 12/27/25. (Look under the website survey on receipt i left a review) The only person that was good with their customer service is the cashier in a red shirt during that time. He made sure my order was made with all hot items but the other lady’s I mentioned gave me less while the guy that was helpful was on break. Hes tall kinda heavy set with a thick mustache & beard. He needs a raise or something because he was the friendliest then the other front staff from 1130-1230pm on the date i mentioned while I was there with my family. (Ordered The Bigger Plate)

The constant change of workers makes the service worse. Today, Saturday, October 18th, I went and ordered a plate of three and the chicken portion was very small. I told the worker and she just said, “That’s the normal portion.” I will try not to return to this store, but I still love their great food.

I got a bigger plate of half and half noodles and rice and kungpao chicken and orange chicken and grilled teriyaki with a large coke I had started to eat my order of the chow mein noodles and as I was about to take a bite my wife had noticed a thick plastic wrap on my fork. If I had eaten and choked on the plastic this place would’ve definitely been facing a lawsuit. The management needs to retrain the cooks on prepping to cook and not letting plastic just cook with the food.

My wife and I recently chose to dine at a local restaurant for an early dinner, specifically at the Panda Express located in Burnsville off Highway 42. To my surprise, we were warmly welcomed by the entire staff, reminiscent of the camaraderie found in the television show “Cheers,” as soon as we entered. I ordered the super greens accompanied by honey walnut shrimp and black pepper sirloin steak. The meal was served hot, flavorful, and quite satisfying. Although I also ordered a couple of apple pie rolls, I found myself too full to enjoy them at the time, so I decided to save them for later. The dragon fruit mango black tea was delightful and available for unlimited refills at the soda fountain. Katherin, one of the staff members, was particularly impressive, making rounds to inquire if we needed any condiments, sauces, or fortune cookies. While she was not directly serving us, her attentiveness was greatly appreciated, and I was genuinely impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond. A heartfelt thank you to Panda Express for providing such a remarkable dining experience. I hope that other locations can emulate this level of enthusiasm and service. Special thanks to manager Jesse for facilitating this wonderful outing. I look forward to returning, and I encourage others to do the same. Thank you.

I had a simple order. A bigger plate with chow mein, double teriyaki and orange chicken and a bowl with white rice and teriyaki. What I got was a bigger plate with white rice, orange chicken and broccoli beef and a bowl with white rice and orange chicken. My husband hates orange chicken and I strongly dislike broccoli beef. This meal sucked
