For more than 40 years T.J. Hooligan’s has been a staple in the Prior Lake community. On September 23, 2024, we added a second location in Eden Prairie at 6411 City W Parkway. Hooligan’s is one of a kind and best described as a cross between an Applebee’s and Cheers bar. It has a great American Pub atmosphere with outstanding food and beverages. The food menu is expansive and includes Mexican, Italian, American dishes. Hooligans is also the Minnesota home of Music Bingo. Check out our Facebook page for more details.

Food left a lot to be desired. Quality of cooking was fairly poor. Got a hot Italian sub and it was clear they used a microwave to cook it. Bread had that distinctive toughness that you only get with a microwave. Huge pile of turkey that was just thrown on sloppily. Drowning in Italian dressing that may have come from a certain Hidden Valley. Curly steak fries a bad gimmick…not a good fry. Staff was all very nice though!

More than just going out to eat, it was an unexpected Saturday afternoon of FUN!!
We had the Balsamic Chicken Pizza and it was excellent! I would go back again and again for that but everything on their menu sounded great, I want to try them all.
We had the Fried ice Cream for dessert and it was SO GOOD!!
They warned us when we got there that Baby Boomer Bingo would be starting soon and the place would fill up. And by the time we were done eating that place was full of the funnest group of gray hairs. Bingo is FREE and you can win all kinds of prizes. It was a bingo card with songs from the 40/50/60s.
The owner Mike plays 30 to 60 seconds of a song, songs we all grew up with, so we were all singing along. Mike was very charismatic, and the crowd, who seemed to be regulars, really loved him.
I will definitely go back and bring my parents and aunts and uncles. It appears they have all different kinds of Music Bingo that I’d love to try.

Cajun chicken pasta was good, thin crust sausage and onion pizza is ok at best. The thin crust needs an improvement, toppings were good. Kayla (spelling?) was very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. Will go back and try something new.

The buffalo wings had good buffalo sauce. The Santa Fe salad was fine nothing special. They have Pepsi products. Service was horrible. Over 5 people waiting tables and they were not busy. We could hardly get a refill and our server was so unfriendly like we were bothering her being there. Disappointing.

Rochelle was our server and let me tell you, she was amazing. She was on top of everything, quick and efficient. Best part, she is down to earth and great at socializing.
Sat on the deck and it was gorgeous . The food was amazing. Best Pretzel Bites I have had in ages. The drinks were delicious. Will go again for sure.

We were looking for a restaurant for brunch close to the highschool and stumbled upon here. It’s been open for a year. They had the interior decorated Nicely for the holidays. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was ok. We were hoping for eggs Benedict, but they could only do over easy. We also had salad and wild rice soup and the soup had barely any wild rice in it. Kids pancakes and French toast were a hit, but they were out of waffles. Very good bloody Mary.

First time here and so impressed. Expected just another sports bar. Best buffalo wings I’ve ever had. Great flavor and slightly crunchy on outside…super juicy inside. Blue cheese and ranch are both homemade and incredible. Service by Ava was awesome!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Highly recommend! Great atmosphere, great food and great service. The menu has a ton of variety. Love the open concept and the open kitchen. The bar area has so much room. Outside seating and bags to play. Try the cookie dessert! Huge. Mike the owner is so personable and wants to get to know the patrons. Plus, bingo is so fun. Try it if you haven’t yet. You can also make reservations for small and large.

As a first timer to this place, I would say this is a must visit place for a happy hour, very lively, crowd is amazing and service is also super. They have a decent collection of seasonal beers which is awesome, and good blend of vegan and non vegetarian choices to look for. We tried their flat bread and potato skins, flat bread too good, potatoes skins, have had better!! Must try if you are in the Eden Praire area.
