Possibly the most insipid Latte I have ever had, it was mostly frothed milk and barely a hint of coffee. I now think tips should be given once the drink has been served , not before – I was robbed. Will order Cappuccino in future to get a whiff more coffee – if I return.
Job number one for a coffee shop is top make good coffee, I am not interested in all the froo froo sugary drinks. I think there is a coaching opportunity here.

Make sure you check your food before you leave. It looks like half of my meat and topping slid off my sandwich. The bag is a greasy mess and there was barely any meat and cheese.

Made all 3 drinks wrong. Filled cups to the lid with ice after asking for light ice. Did not follow special instructions for drinks to exclude inclusions and did not add extra cold foam that was paid for.
