Went through the drive-through order two meals one of them being the chicken cantina tacos, and that’s the way it came pretty much burnt no hard taco on the inside basically squished barely any meat inside but still charge me close to $30

If I could leave zero stars I would. Every time I come here they forgot the sauce then when I ask for sauce they give me two packets for 6 tacos… another day I came right before 5pm and because I was in the line still they wouldn’t honor the drink promo. Female manager is very unpleasant. Overall the worst Taco Bell. Just drive to another.

every time I seem to come to this place the workers seem to be more concerned with personal drama than getting the food ready. Upon entering the inside smelt like sewage/ dirty mop water. Fast food shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to get done.

This one used to be pretty good but now if you and the person in your car decide to do separate mobile orders you have to go around the drive thru a second time to get the other order. I don’t know ANY other location that does that. It’s quite frustrating

I was there at 6 pm on 11/1/2025 and was inside the building waiting for my food. It appeared there were two higher ups having a meeting with a manager in the dining room. It sounded like a serious meeting and felt very unprofessional to have this happen in the dining room during business hours. That manager is a saint and always so sweet to me when I visit.

Absolutely the worst mistake coming here. Placed a mobile order for one cheese quesadilla. Literally nothing else. Drive thru had 2 cars in it. 12 minutes waiting in line for quite literally the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had. It was just a wrap and they didn’t even take the time to cut it. If I wasn’t starving and running from one place to the next, I would’ve tossed it in the trash.
This is clearly poor service and food quality is obviously intentional. They need to fire everyone and start over. Even the manager was just walking around leisurely. Despite the giant board that was showing all orders in red …from late service.

They can be a little slow at times,but I figure it is due to them being understaffed. They are friendly and clearly try their best to get things right. I bypass a bunch of other Taco Bell’s to go to this one.
