This is, without exaggeration, the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. The only reason this location appears “clean” is likely because it’s new — not because of any standard of excellence. If this place ages the way the staff performs, it’s going downhill fast.

Kayla was hands down one of the most unprofessional, rude, and careless employees I have ever encountered in any restaurant. Her attitude was dismissive and hostile from the start. She was washing her hands while water was literally dripping out of her gloves — which is both unsanitary and unacceptable. That alone should be a major red flag.

The portions she served were laughable. The bowl was barely one-quarter full. When I politely told her that she had made one of the bowls incorrectly, instead of correcting it properly, she grabbed ingredients from another bowl I had ordered and physically mixed them together with her hands — combining items I specifically did not want. It was careless, sloppy, and completely disrespectful to the customer.

To make matters worse, she answered the phone mid-transaction, leaving me standing there while my order sat incomplete. No apology. No urgency. No professionalism whatsoever.

If this is the standard of service here, management needs to seriously reevaluate their staff and training immediately. This was beyond disappointing — it was unacceptable.

1. Some of the nighttime employees look pissed and seem to give attitudes when you’re not just rushing through or have any kind of a special order. Said thank you to girl on register two nights in a row and didn’t even respond or make eye contact like she hates her life. One employee told me one steak bowl was the same price of the Carne Asada…It wasn’t then they acted like I was crazy bc I didn’t want to purchase it for a higher price. Another one barely gave any chicken, was like a half scoop and was a line on top of the rice just like the beans, good thing Im on a diet…smh, like it was coming out of his pocket…but next thing Fajita peppers, of course I got a huge grab covered all the bowl compared to the protein…smh, night before said easy corn, big full scoop covered whole top of the bowl, then asked for easy cheese, huge handful same thing and I said Jesus!…Easy cheese, like half of that…smh. Not worst, but have to watch every step of everything because they don’t know portions. Just ate bowl and don’t feel full because there was barely any meat, usually not a problem but ate it anyway because didn’t feel like having to tell him. My mistake, that ruined the bowl and was so light I contemplated going down the road for a burger bc it was too light on beans and meat. Not their best work. Tables are always dirty in lobby but not complaining just saying….Usually they are slammed, but no lie…Im literally back at my car eating beef jerky as soon as I left because the amount of meat was so light. Veggie bowl garnished with chicken lol…Probably because it was end of the night so they’re trying to stretch the chicken so they wont have to cook more. I aint dumb, but in the line guys defense. He was visibly tired so don’t think he was aware he skimped me

This Chipotle is absolutely exceptional. This review isn’t being left because I had one good encounter– I frequent this location multiple times a week, and I have since it opened. I have, consistently, received exceptional service since day 1. I work about 5 minutes away and submit my order online during my lunch break. Despite the confirmation saying my order won’t be ready for 10-15 minutes, these guys somehow manage to always have it ready within the time I arrive. And my order has been right 100% of the time!! You guys are great! Thank you very much all you do! A special shoutout to Madison who learned my name and alway greets me with a smile! Your whole staff rocks!

Something has definitely happened in the past couple months here. They seem to be working at a slower speed and just not very customer service oriented anymore. Im not sure if it’s because some kind of change in management or new employee being brought in, but you don’t even get greeted anymore. Just not the most friendly. And please just once would love a burrito rolled completely and not falling all apart.

Man, had to edit this review and drop it lower. If I could go negative I would. Didn’t even get greeted walking in this time. Guy behind the counter just said “what you want” then pointed at stuff when he wanted me to tell him which option. Never seem a place go down hill so fast

This is the second time I’ve gone here and the person in front of me bowls were double the size of my bowls. Literally double the size. Anyone can run back the tapes from today October 4th around 12:30 .

We got charged for two bowls even though both our bowls could be added and it would be the same as the person in front of us. They couldn’t hardly close their lids.

They tried to charge us double for the same amount the person got in front of us for half the price. This is the second time it’s happened it’s always the African American guy who skimps on the bowls. The white guys in there don’t. I’m making a formal complaint to corporate about this. They are literally scamming people at this location. We kept one bowl only to weigh it and make a video on it. And we are sending it others to get another bowl to compare. If everyone isn’t going to get a heaping bowl like the two times now the people in front of us got, prepare for endless complaints. This is the second time it’s happen. Same African guy skimping each time. I’ll get his photo uploaded later. Be aware this place skimps out depending who makes it. We are not eating the skimp bowl we got today. We want a refund. It’s not even a full bowl it’s tiny compared to others. We are sending in people to get bowls then to weigh them to show there is major inconsistency with how much each person gets. Use a scale if everyone isn’t gonna get a heaping bowl. If someone could reply with a phone number I can call that would be great.

Very unsatisfied with Chipotle customer service! All you helped with was refund my order, which capital one would have done anyways.

The driver gave us the wrong order even after verifying my name. He didn’t speak or understand the smallest amount of English. He had to show me his phone to confirm my name.

I asked if I could get my initial order delivered as I work in an emergency room and can’t pick up my order, and I was denied.

The expectation to eat someone else’s order and just be happy with a refund, is unacceptable and quite frankly LAZY. I also mentioned I have food sensitivities. This agreement this company has with doordash is misaligned.

Standard Chipotle. Same as any other. Iwould sya the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Relaly helpful as I came foem abroad and I’ve never been Chipotle. They were patient with me and gave me plenty of time and help to help me chose.

Placed an order online for pick up through their drive-thru: I was so excited because I live close by. I’m a Bariatrics patient and placed my order with NO RICE and extra beans and lettuce. I also used my reward points ( didn’t get my item) got home and my order was filled to the rim with rice and no beans and barely no lettuce. Couldn’t even enjoy the meal. Spent $34.00 for that.. huh! Never again! Seems to me that they give you what they want you to have. SMDH! Never going back. They weren’t even busy at time of my pick up @2:40pm. Beware!!
