Went here thinking I was going to get some good Japanese food. I thought the food tasted ok. The white sauce definitely helps. But it was far from being Japanese food. Can’t really say to much else about it.

Customer Service Review:
The customer service I received was below par. The server was cold, rude, and unwelcoming. She did not smile or greet me, and her demeanor was as hard as a stone. When she handed me my food, it was done sideways, and when I asked for a menu for the state office, she nonchalantly stated that she did not have one.
Furthermore, the food was not served hot and was very bland. Its presentation was unsatisfactory. Moreover, the server looked at me with a very unpleasant expression. It was also evident that she treated the next customer, a white gentleman, in a more welcoming manner.

First time I tried it I ordered steak and shrimp. As I opened the lid it smelled funny and wasn’t appealing to the eyes either. Rice was dry but I always cover my rice in shrimp sauce or yum yum sauce ( if you will). Both of the meats just didn’t taste right to me. Never planned on eating there again but I tried it once more thinking maybe an off day for the “Japanese” Chef. And……it reminded me once more of why I told myself the first time why I wouldn’t eat there again.Well for “Japanese-ish” style food in a trailer in Glennville one can’t expect a whole lot, but on the positive side it adds more of a variety in this town and the lady serving was nice.

Everything burnt and overcooked. Rice tasted like burnt grease. Steak was pretty much jerky it was so dry and overcooked, no flavor. Chicken was dry. Shrimp was seasoned good, but again, overcooked. Yakisoba noodles, looked like ramen noodles with sauce. Tasted like burnt grease as well.
Will try again, maybe just a bad experience, but not a good first impression.

The food was really good when they say large bowl they literally mean large bowl the food was good as I said before and the atmosphere is good it’s a outdoor experience I give this place 5 you can do dine in take out or door dash for delivery it’s only open at lunch and dinner for times call the number listed
