We order here all the time and it is hit or miss but I am done giving them another chance. I ordered food to be delivered to my son because I wouldn’t be home until late. $30 wasted because it was inedible. The breadsticks were cold, hard and not cut. The pizza was burnt in places but the crust was horrible and not a pan pizza. He tried one piece and said it was funky tasting. I tried one when I got home to see and it definitely had something off putting on it. Maybe bad cheese? Huge waste of $30. I will drive somewhere else.

Last night my pizza was very good, I ordered via the app and it was ready to pick up in about twenty minutes. Pizza was made well and tasted great, garlic cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks well seasoned and tasty.
If you want Pizza Hut on this general area, this is the one to go to! Much better than the Huntington store.

I love pizza hut but refuse to try and call my local pizza hut only to be routed to a foreign country and speak to someone I can’t understand. I will never order from a call center. If I can’t speak to the people making my food I will spend my money somewhere else.

The Proctorville Pizza Hut let me down.The food wasn’t ready well after the order was placed. Unprofessional conduct when cussing to her employee about me.
She also said a credit of $15 would be placed on our account because the food wasn’t ready, and we have received nothing.

They were literally making the food without gloves- grabbing handfuls of toppings with their bare hands even under manager supervision. Disgusting. Always slow too. If I’m paying full price for food, I’d expect the quality to at least be decent but it’s below that at this location. Buyer beware

There was only one lady working and she was doing it all! She needs to be commended on her exceptional performance. We had a rather large order and the food was delicious and she was waiting on several people when we picked up our order. If I owned a restaurant, I would have stolen this young lady!
