Our food was great! Ordered Chow Mein(Thin)vegetables, shrimp, spring rolls, beef with mushrooms and shrimp with vegetables (souse on a side) and each and every dish was delicious. Price to size ratio is very reasonable. Will order again 🙂

The sesame chicken from Kiwi Bowl was absolutely delicious, and the fried rice was full of fresh vegetables with great flavor. Everything tasted amazing and was very well made.

The pickup experience was also excellent—staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the wait time was short. Overall, great food and great service. Highly recommend Kiwi Bowl!

I was very impressed on my first visit! The owners were very kind and patient, taking time to explain dishes and help us pick the right thing. Our 5 items were ready to go within 15 minutes, so fast! Despite the speed, the food was incredible. Very flavourful, the meat was good quality and not covered in too much batter. The general Tsao’s chicken was actually spicy (medium)! I was very pleased they included two egg rolls as a gift.

I hate to leave such a bad review when the staff were basically pretty nice, but it was seriously the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. Looks NOTHING like the pics on the site, or what the traditional dish is supposed to taste like. Everything was served on plastic takeout trays, and cutlery was disposable takeout stuff too. No water brought out until we were leaving. Several of the dishes seemed nearly identical, and everything was too sugary and salty.

In the past, I enjoyed their chicken balls, spring/egg rolls, and dumplings, but ordered new dishes and was really disappointed. Perhaps it was a one-off situation as they were busy and I waited 15 minutes to pick up a scheduled order. The almond beef vegetable had mainly chopped hard carrots and bland beef, chicken fried rice had no chicken (not one piece) and tasted like plain brown rice. And the orange chicken was soggy, full of veggies (which was not advertised) and was dark meat, tasted like pork, very different than what I have had from other restaurants. So it sucked to pay $63 and only like the few chicken balls in the combo, the rolls, and the noodles (even though they were also bland). So overall, they fill their dishes with way too many veggies and unfortunately, wish I had ordered somewhere else.

They have the best chicken balls in Kitchener. I’ve ordered my third chicken ball party plate tonight and I had three other parents ask me if I made them myself. I didn’t want to take credit. This place has the best balls ;).

Very good portions! I loved how the chicken was so crispy and very tasty with the sauce. The rice was so good because it tastes so moist with vegetables. Definitely coming again as it was only 9.45+ tax. PSA I ate a lot of the food before rating it.

Super friendly staff (we were greeted and we felt very welcome)
It is also very clean!
We had about 10 minutes wait for our order and we sat at the tables to wait. Felt very comfortable!

Food portions are really good! I ordered Singapore noodles and it was delicious! They did not skimp on meat at all. Tons of large chicken and pork pieces! The char siu pork is also amazing, very addicting!

Lovely family run place that I would return to.

We have been ordering at Kiwi bowl for their house fried rice, sesame chicken and cheese wonton. This year, we are addicted to their chicken ball!! It is the best in town! We even ordered it in platter for my son’s birthday party and everyone was loving it and was a good alternative to pizzas! ( Only have a picture from a box, cos the party tray one always go so fast and kept forgetting to take pictures of it )

Great chinese food at reasonable prices. Lunch special is probably not worth it if you are not a hungry student as it only has few pieces of meat and a lot of rice. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and everyone was so nice and friendly. Dumplings were beyond amazing.
