Nothing special. It does not come with sauce, and each sauce is an extra two dollars, so I did not try any. That definitely would’ve improved this dish. The chicken was moist and the breading was crispy.
They do not accept orders at the counter. You must use a screen on the wall to order at any restaurant in this food court.

I ate chicken wings here today and brought them home. I saw something the moment I opened the container to eat food when I got home. I thought it was vinyl. But I found something ridiculous. If I had eaten without realizing this, I would be spending my time in the ER by now, right? I think this is a big problem for the restaurant, unlike the food that tastes bad.

I got the soy garlic whole chicken order, $30. Portion was a little small compared to other korean fried chicken places in my opinion, I was able to finish it mostly by myself (which normally doesn’t happen). The pickled radish side was pretty stingy, as you can see from the photo. No other sides were provided. Flavor was ok, chicken was juicy inside. It was acceptable but with all of the food available in the area I wouldn’t order it again.

Delicious chicken with tasty sweet & spicy sauce. Got the boneless option and it was cooked perfectly and came with a good portion for two people. Employees are very polite, 10/10 would come again.

Worst Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had. We tried it because it’s newly opened at The Source Buena Park. We ordered half plain fried chicken and the other half with sauce. It smelled good until I bit into it. The meat has a funky smell to it I gagged, and no, it’s not the spices. It’s still was bloody as well so you know it’s not properly cooked. We sent it back and they did refire it. We tried the one with the sauce and the meat has that pungent smell as well. At this point, we just returned it and asked for a refund which they did except for the one they redid which I don’t want to eat anymore because it smelled really bad and really ruined our appetite. Definitely would not come back.

I would’ve given this place a 0 if I could! The people here absolutely rude AF! First I was sitting by the wall waiting for my friends to order their food and I was sitting there with my laptop and my foot on the leg of the chair….this lady comes up moves the chair off so my leg would fall off and tells me this is for customers only. That made me so mad, I looked at her I said I’m a paying customer! She walked away with a bad attitude on her face…when my friends came back I ordered my food sat down with them. When they called my number I came up to CHICKEN TIME and I ordered half chicken w garlic and soy sauce and it came with radish…I asked the lady at the counter if I could get extra radish she said NO and then looked at me and said it’s gonna be a dollar. So I said okay no biggie and handed her a $10 and she said you don’t have smaller bills? I said no I don’t have it I have a $10 and she told me she had no change. I said well how am I supposed to pay she said no I don’t have it. And I was like so you’re just gonna charge but don’t have change? And honestly I think she was just trying to pocket the $1 at the other counter they were nice enough to give me free radish without charge…oh and the chicken was terrible!! Don’t eat here!

It pains me to ever put a one star review for anything. We never got our order and when we told them they said they would remedy it. Then served the same food to other people who were after us, we waited and asked again. The 3rd time they said they ran out of chicken. Literally gave them an hour. So we decided to get a refund.
