Placed an online order for a pasta entree. Picked up the order sat down to eat and the entire entree was missing the hamburger. Typically, most restaurants will call you and let you know they’re out of an ordered item. Sopranos did not notify me. I called the restaurant back and was informed that Slice would have to refund me and not the restaurant. After a couple of different phone numbers, I finally get the correct number for Slice. I explained the problem. He placed me on hold and after 3-5 minutes he returns and states that Sopranos will only refund me for the missing item. My dinner is ruined and it’s not my fault, but Sopranos is only refunding me for the missing meat. I thanked the Slice gentleman after receiving confirmation from him that Sopranos only agreed to refund me the amount of the missing item. I called Sopranos to speak with the manager and the cook answers saying they are closing at 8pm, an hour early??? I would need to call back in the morning to speak to the manager. I recognized this as avoidance. I did not expect Sopranos to NOT accept accountability for their mistake. My dinner was ruined. I am very disappointed. ☹️

Normally good food with adequate portions. Visited last night, what shocking turnaround. Granted, they’re in the process of remodeling, but I got half of what I usually order. (Grilled chicken salad) Chicken seemed processed, not fresh as usual. I requested oil & vinegar dressing. I’m still trying to figure out what dressing it was that they gave me. Suddenly very sub par. After years of patronage, sadly, I won’t be returning.

Called in order dry voice over phone ordered cheesesteak no letttuce no tomatoes sub was dry steak tasted like poor quality qround beef cheese was not melted just clunky no sign of onions or pepper taste no seasoning whatsoever it was pure garbage $10 wasted. You need remove that sub from your menu there was no love in that sub a 5 year old could have put that together an would have been better so disappointed have not been in your establishment for over a year, quality an service unexceptional. Sorry to say will not be back.

I’m going to give you the best most honest review on this restaurant considering this was my first time eating it. First, the service was okay, i ordered on the phone the greeting and energy of the conversation was alright she didn’t seem excited for a future customer nor rude so I’ll give the service a 6. Now as far as the FOOD. It was hot I’ll definitely give them that but that’s about all I can give them. I ordered two pasta plates one lasagna one spaghetti they both came with garlic bread and a half gallon. First, when I was going through and seen the garlic bread.. i noticed they used a thin sub slice that had garlic and butter on it??? I rather you not give me any bread than the sorry “garlic sub” y’all put together. Second, the spaghetti and the lasagna both lacked flavor tremendously. They basically tasted like cheese with noodles and tomato chunks with absolutely no seasoning. If you don’t really care about food I guess this is the place for you. If you got money go get your moneys worth where they’ve put passion and pride in the food at the very minimum.

I only gave this a 1 star b/c i ordered a Greek chicken salad and my husband a steak and cheese and immedietly after eating it i was sick to my stomach the entire night into the morning. And my husband was even more sick the next morning we think we got food poisoning. Everything was good seemed ok but we both got really ill after and my husband had to end up in the emergency room to get fluids.

Love the food! So far we have tried the burgers, chef salad, steak n cheese hot sub, gyro plate, the Supreme style pizza, fried mushrooms, and their wings.
I definitely recommend. The only thing I didn’t like was the mushrooms on the pizza are canned mushrooms (or at least seem like it) but with the way the economy is I’ve noticed that at most places now. So I don’t hold it against them.

The food was disgusting. I ordered cheese steak 12 inch sub, onion rings, cheese cake, coke. Onion rings and cheesecake were great!! That sub was old , the mayo old, the meat close to spoiled. I ave ordered 3x in a month. The first two were bad as well. I really gave them chances bc I’ve ordered in the past , but today was my last. I paid $24.58 onion rings, cheese cake and a coke, sub trashed. Delivery was great!. only giving stars bc otherwise I can’t post.
