I’ve been to Piada a few times between Dallas, Shadyside, and now McKnight. The experiences have all been incredibly consistent. Wraps, salads, grain bowls, past, and the like. Everything here is simple, no frills Italian/Mediterranean food.
This location offers a small outside patio area along with plenty of tables inside. I usually order the Power Bowl and add avocado, but I’ve also tried their Piadas (wraps) as well as pastas. They give you the option to either build your own or customize each meal.
Im genuinely confused by the curb side pickup signs. They’re facing the store so cars pulling into those spots don’t actually know what they’re reserved for.

Piada at North Hills is always amazing! The food is fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how you want it. The staff is friendly, fast, and consistently welcoming, even during busy times. Great quality, great service, and a go-to spot every time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

iPads has great customer service every employee there introduced themselves and made sure the food was exactly how I wanted it. The food itself was very delicious and was presented nicely. I’d like to start eating there regularly at least once a week.

The food here tastes great – when it’s the right thing. That said, every time we order from here , they miss the sauce out of at least one dish. The pasta is also often dried out – especially the spaghetti. So if you like dried out dry pasta, by all means order takeout/delivery from here. But otherwise, stay away!

I’m here to review the Catering Services Piada has to offer. This week was
Employee Customer Service Appreciation week. Most of our staff work from home so we had to make sure what we chose to feed them made it worth their wild. Something simple but not basic. I’ve been eating at Piada for years and saw that they had lunch boxes available for catering and what easier way to feed 55-60 people with ease. Let’s start off at placing the order. I decided t call the catering number over doing it online. Meghan was absolutely delightful. Very knowledgeable and even provided suggestions. We ordered 75 lunch boxes that consisted of 25 Piadas, 25 Salads and 25 Pastas. We got 2 different kinds for each option. Each lunch box had utensils and bag chips. The moment the phone order was placed to the time of delivery was beyond exceptional. I couldn’t ask for better communication throughout the process than what they provided. We setup, fed 65 employees and cleaned up all within 1hr. The different variety of lunch boxes and the convenience will have us going back to them. Highly recommend and not to mention, very reasonable on prices.
