Incredible! We got the cream pie, fries, loaded fries, slaw, cheeseburger rolls, BLT, breakfast burger, wings with buffalo, ranch, and bourbon barbecue sauces on the side. My friend who ordered the breakfast burger and was very impressed with the vegan egg. The sugarcane bone was insane. These were the best vegan wings I have ever had! The owners were also super friendly & helpful.

I finally made it over to Moody Mike’s. There are so many options to choose from! This time I went with the chopped cheese sandwich and wingz (lemon pepper and sweet chili flavors).
Everything came out quick, hot, and delicious. It was my first time eating vegan wings and I will be getting them again. The chopped cheese full of flavorful and fresh with onions and tomatoes. It’s nice knowing there are more vegan options around Lexington that aren’t just substitutes, salads, or sweets.

Pizza rolls: 8/10 – like a sausage empanada
Nog chzcake: 10/10 – great work
Chopped cheese: 10/10 no notes

Garlic parm: 9/10
Buffalo: 8/10 – actually hot
Bourbon bbq: VERY bourbon – i think the bartender put a floater in mine.

Loved this little spot. Always hard to find a great vegan place to eat while traveling, and I love trying new dishes. This really hit the spot!
Ordered a beer battered burger (so much flavor my brain could barely process), mac and cheese, wings (almost all sauces are made them them and they are GOOD), and pizza egg rolls too.
I would recommend everything I tried, and hope to find my way back to try more
They share indoor space with a cafe, and have outdoor seating as well. Orders are placed outside in the converted school bus.

Such a cool little spot. So nice to have a food truck with indoor/outdoor seating and some seriously delicious vegan fare. The oatmeal cream pie was as big as my hand and worth every penny. Highly recommend the wings and they have any and every sauce you could want. The pizza egg roll was an absolute experience. Highly recommend this place, vegan or not.

As one of the few places offering a myriad of vegan options in Lexington, I was hoping it’d be better. I’ve tried it three times to give it a fair shot and really experience the menu, and I’m just not terribly impressed. The concept is great, but the overall food textures and sauces just don’t do it for me. I think something is lost in having the only option be to eat out of the truck as well, no inside dining options any time I’ve been there. Bottom line is that this is decent vegan food if you’re in the area and in a hurry for a quick bite.

We found ourselves in Lexington for a day and stopped by Moody Mike’s just before closing. It was cold and snowy, so we ordered and the owners hustled us inside to warm up while they cooked our meals.
The burgers and fries were excellent. Juicy and well seasoned. The cheesecake was some of the best vegan cheesecake I’ve eaten.
We loved it so much we went back for brunch the next day! Thick gravy, homemade biscuits, crispy rice paper(?) bacon, yummy muffins and well-brewed coffee.
This place is a hidden gem! If you find yourself anywhere near Lexington, stop by and visit with the kind owners and enjoy their delicious plant based fare!

Super nice people and delicious food awaited me. The beer batter burger is a one-if-a-kind delicious creation that I loved. The biscuits and gravy hit that part of my taste buds and brain exactly like I wanted it to.
I don’t doubt for a second that anyone would love this place, vegan or omnivore.

Moody mikes is amazing! The food is so so good. You could definitely trick a meat-eater here. The wings are seriously the best! I live over an hour away and it is so worth the drive. Don’t pass them up!

My wife and I are fanatics for this place. My 4 year old daughter is not super picky but she has her moments, and when we eat here, she tears it up! Everything we’ve tried so far, which is darn near everything on the menu almost, has been to the T. We have yet to be disappointed. Wonderful plant based foods. Wonderful people. We will be regulars for life!
