I placed an online order at 9:23 PM, which indicated that my estimated time of arrival (ETA) would be 30 minutes. However, after 10:00 PM and with no updates regarding my order, I decided to inquire about its status via telephone. I was informed, without the need to provide my name, that I could expect an additional wait of over two hours before my delivery would be dispatched. Had I been aware that my total wait time would extend to three hours, I would not have proceeded with my order.

Ordered our pizza at 7:32 pm and got our order at 9:05 pm. Seems ridiculous! For the second time they delivered with no sauces. Who orders breadsticks without any sauce???? And the food is gross!!

I called in an order over the phone, got the text confirmation that the order had been placed, and was told that the pizza would be ready in 12-17 minutes. We showed up 20 minutes later and upon arrival they said that the pizza would be another 30 minutes. We cancelled our order and went somewhere else for dinner.

The staff is VERY kind and respectful.
However when staying at a hotel 3 minutes away according to Google maps (I didn’t know how close it was when I ordered) I noticed on the tracker my order was baked and ready to go but had been sitting for over 40 minutes (over an hour from initialorder). Annoyed that I had ordered pizza instead of going out so I could go to bed early. I called and they said there were still other orders ahead of mine to be delivered and it would probably be another 20 minutes. I told them not to deliver it and went and picked it up myself since it was so close. I went and picked it up. Again the staff was very kind and apologetic. Took my order back to the hotel and found they had forgotten pieces of it. Called them and they said they would send someone over real quick. Never happened.
It would have been nice when it was baked that they could have called and let me know how long delivery was going to be so I could make the decision if I wanted to wait or not. I would have been happy to come get it while it was hot and fresh instead of getting an hour old pizza with missing parts.
Again the people were kind and very respectful, I just wish they had paid better attention to detail to my order and communicated better.

I ordered a delivery 5-3-2024 and the driver pulled up in car that should have not been on the road leaked oil and gas up and down my paved driveway I call the store and talked to the gm hunter and sent him pictures that night said he would get back to me and has not. My drive way looks like hell. I have texted him yesterday and today and no response very upsetting i just bought this house for 500k now I have oil stain up and down my driveway. I asked to talk to the owner he said no very poor customer service just want my driveway cleaned up Hunter has my number Tim. As of 9/17 no response from owner and also contacted the Corp office and got nothing the poorest customer service ever they just want your money I will never order from them they just tell you words think you will get taken care of all bs Tim

Pizza is always inconsistent, it will be loaded with toppings and cheese one time, the next time it will have barely anything on it. Ordered 2 pizzas one with extra cheese and they both barely had cheese on them, so paying extra for nothing. I’m done with this place, I will gladly pay more money somewhere else

Dominos has slipped back down the ladder. The last several times I have had issues. Items have been missed from the orders (they almost always forget your soda, salads and sauces), pizzas have been missing toppings, the pizza is never cut well, so it just makes a mess when you try to pull it out, and I have had an oder that never got made until I showed up to see what was going on.
When they first opened, they had a lot of issues, but fixed those. Sadly, I think the employees no longer care and that lack of empathy is showing in the product.

Good, consistent, relatively cheap, yet somehow quality pizza. Sadly, I spend more money here than I should. The food is always hot, and usually delivered very fast. The drivers are always friendly, and when you go to the location, they offer several ways to pick up the pizza, which is very convenient. And unlike most locations, this one even has limited dine in available (two tables).
Back when the location opened, I gave it a one star review as they rarely answered the phone, would take nearly 2 hours to get the food to you, and had some serious staffing issues. Those issues lasted for almost a month, but now, all those problems seem to have been resolved, and they have gone the completely opposite direction.
As much as I try to avoid eating junk-food whenever I can, sadly, I see many more Domino’s deliveries in my future.

Have ordered twice. Both times pizza was delivered to osburn hot and cooked to perfection in a half hour. Great prices and nice to be able to change it up with different sauces and toppings. Anna was super nice and friendly on the phone as well.
