Ordered online Sunday Oct 19th, went to go pick it up and store was closed. Have been going past everyday since and they have not been open at all.
Close the business completely and stop stealing people’s money. This is basically fraud at this point reading other reviews. The owner needs to have their business license taken away!

This Domino’s location delivered one of the most profoundly disappointing customer experiences I have ever encountered. Our order was falsely marked as delivered over an hour before it actually arrived– a blatant failure in either honesty or competence. According to their own tracker, the driver, identified as Kurt, had supposedly picked up the $90 order forty minutes prior to its alleged delivery time, despite being less than ten minutes away.
We attempted to contact the store multiple times. Each call resulted in being placed on hold for over thirty minutes, and not once did a person answer. The total absence of human communication, especially during a clear service failure, is astonishing. For a company that advertises reliability and transparency, this level of disregard is unacceptable.
The food arrived cold, but that was the least of the problems. The real issue lies in the systemic indifference on display: no accountability, no communication, and no urgency to correct an error they themselves created. It reflects a business model that prioritizes convenience for the company over care for the customer.
I’m not just disappointed– I’m genuinely appalled. This experience speaks to a breakdown of integrity at every level of operation. If this reflects the standard Domino’s now operates under, I would strongly advise corporate oversight to intervene before this location permanently damages the brand’s credibility.

Two very nice ladies were working. My order was not done when I arrived. I was a few minutes early. But they were both engaging and polite. Told me it would be a few minutes. The store was big and clean. No complaints. I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered overpriced pizza and 2 drinks. Food never showed up. Store absolutely will NOT answer the phone (30+ minutes on hold). Basically stole 43 bucks from me. EDIT: Have since found out store only had 3 employees working for an 8 person operation. They cannot be blamed, the blame lies with the owners who allow this to happen while burning out the employees committed enough to show up and do their best. The local franchisee needs to reevaluate their priorities or face face losing the loyal employees they have.

Worst pizza delivery EVER! It’s been 2 and half hours since the order was placed and we still do. Not have it! Tried calling the store placed on hold for 20 minutes. Finally hung up, tired of listening to their commercials! Safe your self and just go out or get a frozen one pop it in the oven, at least it will be hot when you eat it! This I am sure is going to arrive frozen!

We ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel. We waited for more than 2 hours. But it did not get delivered. We called the number listed for the business several times , but we were kept waiting on the line for more than 10 minutes each time. But no human answered the call. This is unacceptable. We tried to cancel the order, but the page prompted that we will not get a refund for this. So we kept waiting but never got the delivery. This is just fraudulent behavior!

We got an Emergency Pizza reward from a buy a few weeks ago up in Alexandria, Va. pizza took about an hour to arrive then, and we got an email about a “free” pizza… the Emergency Pizza. I had seen commercials on this, but was pleasantly surprised to get this reward. We banked it and tonight we placed an order at this location with the free pizza reward. We did carryout since it’s only 5 min from our house. Was ready when we got it, free of charge!! Thank you Dominos!!! We loved our free pizza and the nice “young” gentleman that helped hand it over tonight, great location.
