Ordered a sub via the app, had sub picked up. When sub arrived home they had left off 3 of the requested toppings and smeared the condiment sauce thoroughly all over the wrapper. Called store to ask if anything could be done and was told they were out of one of the toppings, ignored the other 2 toppings that I mentioned, and then said I could get a refund. I asked how and they hung up on me and did not answer the phone after 2 call backs. Unbelievable and unprofessional. Will not be back!

My previous experience with Subway was very poor. The new ownership has been FANTASTIC! Im always greeted with a cheerful hello, store is clean and sandwiches are always so neatly crafted. Thank you for such a great visit when I come in!!

Waited 45 minutes for our food. Have a family of 5 so I submitted my order online a few minutes before arriving to the store. I needed to add drinks so got in line and when I got to the counter I pointed out my order which was already printed and stated I wanted to add drinks. I waited through the line paid for the drinks and sat down while they completed our order. 4people who came in after us without online orders got their for food before we received ours. After the 3rd person I went up to check on our order and was rudely told they were working on it. They were busy I get it but we got bumped multiple times.App said my order was ready 20 minutes before it actually was.

I’m not sure how this place stays open. Apparently the people who work here cannot read. I placed an online order for 2 sandwiches for my son and husband. They were not made correctly. They put several dressings on both sandwiches when only one needed them. They didn’t read the “special instructions” so both sandwiches were not toasted. I asked what good it did to have a place for those and was told, “well we were busy.” I guess you have to know how to make excuses too, because that’s what we got, nothing but excuses. We live 20 miles from the store and for them to replace the most screwed up sandwich we would have to take it back in tonight. They screwed it up and we are paying the price by wasting fuel. I do not recommend this place as you will waste your time, money and probably fuel buying anything here.

Ordered 4 sandwiches through Door Dash, and when they were delivered, there were only 3 sandwiches in the bag. Called Subway, and the girl that answered was very rude, like I was lying about not having the sandwich, and stated that she knows she made the 4 sandwiches, and I explained that I didn’t have a doubt that she didn’t, just that I only got 3 out of the 4 sandwiches. She said she guessed she would make it again. When I got there to pick it up, she rolled her eyes at me, and grabbed the sandwich to hand to me. Food tasted fine, just not pleased with the service.

Me and my family got subway for lunch and when we get to our house every single order was wrong wrong sandwiches wrong bread sauce everything and when we call they say they will remake it so we go back 2 days later they refuse to remake it they call there manager and they say they can’t redo it

Food was good, but the wait and service sucked. It took 20 minutes to get my food ordered and paid for. There were only two people ahead of me, plus only two employees working and the guy was doing most of it. There were six people that come in behind. The girl went to the back room and didn’tsee her again. I know one person walked out without his food. Something needs to be done about the service!!

My husband and I went to this location on 10/29. We got there at 10:59am not realizing the store was not open we got out of our vehicle and tried to open the door and it was locked. Okay, no problem! We stood outside and waited in the cold while staff literally stood behind the counter and just watched the clock. We went sat in our vehicle and as soon as we did that, someone walked over and unlocked the door. Why would you treat your paying customers like this?! This is absolutely ridiculous attitude to have toward your customers in a small town. I truly had it with this location. Shame on you, Subway.

Came in 6 minutes before closing and was told I couldn’t be served because their clocks dont go by phone time but by whatever on register. Asked to be served because we were coming from a long trip and were hungry. Got a 6 inch tuna sub and a savory chicken wrap. I got TWO jalapenos on it, 3 tomatoes and 2 cucumbers?! And same story on my wrap. Tore off half the wrap because it was empty…..paid $15!
