My experience was nothing short of amazing!!
Came today to celebrate my daughter, and the entire staff was very accommodating. We were welcomed from the START! I wish I would have gotten the lady’s name that greeted us when my son asked if they could play the games that were in the lobby. Even when my children got a little to rowdy and ran a bit, they were very kind in reminding me of the boundaries. I can appreciate that.
Thank you for the accommodations and the service.
I hope The Elm is here to stay for the long haul.

The food itself is great. The staff is absent and lacks any sense of urgency. I’ve shown up about 3 times now where it looks like the place is closed but it’s just the staff hanging out in the back.
The staff could see us but did not come out. The front desk was helpful and went to get the staff from the back. Food is taking 45+min to come out. A single latte is also taking 45+min to come out. This place could be a great place to visit but the staff absolutely ruins it.

Also their food safety rating was lowered to a B while we were there, which makes sense. The lady making the food had gloves on, which doesn’t mean much because she kept touching her hair from being on her cellphone.

Most people don’t know that the bar at the top of this hotel is public! It’s quiet in the mornings, a great place to set up your laptop and get some work with yummy coffee and food! The view from the top you can see the lake and they have jazz music playing. It’s such a peaceful location. Highly recommend!

Wife and I tried the Eldora and loved it. The drinks were great, I had the piano thing and it was fantastic. My wife loved her drinks too. I had the brisket breakfast sandwich and it hit the spot, she had the flatbread and liked it. We also had coffees, and those were great. We ate at the bar, the bartender did a great job taking care of us. We’d definitely come back.

Wonderful service! Grateful this place exists in Little Elm! I was worried coming here I wouldnt be able to eat a lot being 8 months pregnant but they have a ton of options for food and drinks and people with dietary restrictions like myself! I loved their irish cream coffee, parmesan fries and pizza!!!

I didn’t expect to have a bad review. I was very much looking forward to trying the restaurant on the 4th floor. Not only was I unimpressed by my experienced, I am downright frustrated about it. The main entrance of the hotel is unattractive. You walk in and immediately get stuck in a vestibule and the only option is 4th floor. One there is the typical reception and check in as well as the bar/restaurant. It looked like brown coffee spills over all of the white chairs. People checking in were met by no one and had to travel to the bar to get assistance. I asked the only person that looked like staff, a very young bartender. He said we had the lay of the land as the place was empty. I said we would sit outside. After many minutes of no one coming out I sent my son inside to get menu’s. He was given 1 for the 3 of us to share. We all decided what we wanted and since he still had not come outside I went back in and inquired how fast the kitchen was tonight as he was very slow. He said, “oh that’s a problem we had a flood in the kitchen and we don’t have any water or anything so we kinda can’t cook anything.” I looked at him confused by every single thing since we arrived including having us sit and giving us a menu when you know we cannot order. I said, that’s very frustrating that you didn’t tell us upon arriving as that was the entire reason we were there. He never said a word, shrugged his shoulders and smiled. No apology, nothing. I seriously doubt we will ever return. You can be short staffed and still have better customer service than that.
