Horrible service. I don’t know if the manager was short on staff or just not paying attention, but today was unacceptable. I ordered through DoorDash and got a sandwich and two cookies. The sandwich was already wrong, but then they sent me a completely frozen footlong cookie as if I’m supposed to know how to bake it myself.
When I called the store, the manager denied everything and even said, “my store doesn’t sell footlong cookies.” I asked him if Subway has ever sold a frozen cookie to a customer, and he still said no. That makes no sense because I was literally holding one.
I love Subway, but after this experience I will never order from this location again.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This has got to be the worst location of Subway in Georgia. This location has the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. They’re good for ignoring patrons. In other words, the customer service is lacking significantly. I went to this location where there clearly was a new employee working by herself and she made three subs for me which turned out to have old stale bread. She didn’t even make the subs correctly. When I called the location to see if they had a manager on duty, the girl there hung up in my face. I added pictures of the subs I received. I’m hoping that they’ll rectify this situation simply by refunding my money. So instead of getting help from a manager, I had to take matters into my own hands.

The establishment appears to be managed in an unprofessional and hostile manner. Decisions seem to be made arbitrarily, and there is a clear lack of respect toward customers.
During my visit, I was treated with blatant disrespect simply because I struggled to clearly explain my order—English is not my first language. Instead of offering assistance or showing understanding, the staff laughed at me, became visibly irritated, and, shockingly, threw my sandwich in the trash in front of me. I was then told to leave the premises.
This experience was humiliating and unacceptable, and I believe it reflects very poorly on the standards of service expected from any business

I stopped by the new Subway at 1040 King George Blvd in Georgetown, and I was really impressed! The store is super clean, bright, and welcoming. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was prepared just the way I like it. Kenneth went above and beyond with great customer service friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work and make customers feel appreciated. This will definitely be my go-to Subway in Savannah!

This location is stealing my money. I’ve tried to order online from here twice now and each time I’ve been met with disrespect and hostility and left without an order but charged fully. I’ve tried asking for refunds or to void the order to which employees have said they cannot do and it’s my problem to deal with. Today I ordered online and tried to enter the store and the door was locked. Open sign still on and employees inside. I called since no one would let me in and mentioned I had an online order but can’t enter the store. They said we have no bread. I said no problem can I have a refund then? She said she can’t do that I have to cancel my order. Well I can’t cancel my order as it already says it’s completed. I asked if she could void the order she said she can’t do that. So I asked how can I get my money back because this is the second time this has happened. At this point she must have had enough and said “I just told you I’m not helping you figure it out yourself” Ive tried contacting customer service but it’s just an AI bot and no one ever contacts you back. I’ve now had to dispute the charges with my bank. Horrible customer service. Never come here they’re rude and will steal your money.

Ordered a sandwich got there on time and the employee was in the corner eating on the phone, and she stayed on the phone full conversation with the phone on the counter the food is made. It took 20 minutes just to get an order i made 20 minutes before. Everytime I go its the same thing. Just go in town to another, Georgetown Subway is trash service and food quality and they have dead roaches just laying on the floor.

I had a foot-long tuna sub yesterday, and a foot-long tuna meal today the food is awesome. The service is awesome. I also had an oatmeal cookie. It was probably the best cookie I’ve had in a long time.

Service here is terrible. I stopped by around lunch time. The door was locked. There were 2 young ladies inside sitting down. One in uniform the other was not in uniform. The young lady in uniform unlocked the door and in a rude tone said “yes?” I asked with they were open and she said no. I questioned “you’re not” and again very rudely said “no we are closed, it’s too hot in here” a couple hours later I called to see if things had changed. Not sure if it was the same young lady but whoever answer just said “hello” I said “hello is this subway?” She said “yes”. “Oh I wasn’t sure because you didn’t say anything about Subway” she said “well it is” I asked if they were open she said just for mobile orders. I placed a mobile order around 7pm and walked right in when I got there, door was unlocked. A different young lady was there. Service still was bad. Told her I placed mobile order. “ Well what did you order?” If she wasn’t sitting down chilling when I got there she would’ve known my order. But I told her what I ordered. As she continued her phone conversation she walked over to start. “ Oh we don’t have Italian herb and cheese bread” “Can I get white?” “No we only have wheat” another gentlemen walked in while this was happening and she “told him about there bread. He was good because that’s what he wanted but when he asked for tuna he was told no tuna no turkey. He walked out. She came back to make my order then I was told the only cheese is American, pep jack, and shredded. I asked what’s going on and she said I don’t know. The person before didn’t prep and I’m to young to slice meat. Proceeded to finish my sandwich. I said thank you and left. This is, by far, my worst experience EVER at Subway. And some may ask why did I keep trying come here today. I’m working in this area and I need something I can eat on the go and there is not much like that out here. Really need to do A LOT better!
