Things have changed at my local Bo! They have changed in a good way, staff doesn’t seemed bothered to do their job, food is way more tasty, fries do not look and taste like they were reheated the night before and this was at lunch… well I asked today at the drive thru if they had new management, John is the lead now. Do not mind spending my money here anymore, used to drive out of my way (I mean I do like Bojangles, just want what you pay for…) just to get good service and food. Thank you for making my local Bo and great place to eat again!

I had been coming to this location for many years, and just within the last 5 visits there’s been a huge decline in the food quality!! Serving luke warm to room temperature chicken on the bone.. You can’t do this to folks and their hard earned money!! The chicken had been sitting for hours under the “lights” which I don’t believe they produce any heat to keep the chicken warm.. This is the last time I will go to this location in particular and this was the worst of all experience; cold and old chicken, rock hard biscuits that were stale, and lukewarm unseasoned fries!! About the only good thing was the rice, but it’s cooked ahead of time and stored properly! Cooking food way ahead of time just to have it prepared and sit around is not the way I remember Bojangles!! About 6 staff “working” and not one doing anything for preparation of food!! I don’t see this location making it if they don’t get some good help and management!! You can’t charge folks, what you charge and give them slop!!

Considering it was the day after a winter storm (a Sunday afternoon), I guess I shouldn’t been surprised that the kids behind the counter at this particular location (which I’d never before visited) were able to take the time to make sure the order was correctly filled, doing so in a friendly yet businesslike manner.

I’ve watched this location go downhill for years and I would be happy to tell corporate the timestamp to watch their cameras as I stood at the register for several minutes and made eye contact with at least three or four employees only to be ignored. But I am not a narc. And I don’t have to become one just because y’all are getting sloppy in upper management.
It’s just embarrassing how little people care about service and image these days. I had to go to the golden arches for a hamburger instead of this and that’s probably the one thing I will never forgive Bojangles for. Because the House of Ronald blows but apparently they know how to take an order.
Y’all should be embarrassed that someone actually felt like they had to spend the time to come online several hours later because they were so upset and felt the need to complain about your service. I don’t give crappy reviews but you guys deserve it and need to fix this location.
Overall review:
A+ possibly on the food if I had a chance to order.
PSS: I’m changing my two-star review to a one-star review since I just realized I’ve only made like two negative reviews in several years and they were both for Bojangles just recently. What are y’all doing? You’re making me feel like a bad person. You’re supposed to be the chosen one.

Great foods, great service going through the drive-thru as I, through my own fault was trying to get the order right but I kept messing up. The lady working the drive thru was very patient with me.

Every time I visit NC, I gotta have my bo’ rounds from Bojangles. We usually do drive through, but this time we decided to go into the store to see what else is on the menu. We stopped by just after 10:30 on a Saturday and it was empty, including the drive-thru line. We ordered a bunch of breakfast sandwiches, and two picnic-sized Bojangles. I was disappointed when I opened them up to find that they were both only half-full. What a jip! I had the cajun chicken biscuit, which was pretty good. It’s nice when you dip it in a side of their sausage gravy. We also got their grits to try, which I didn’t care for. The texture was off and it was just swimming in butter.
Not sure if the skimpy bo’rounds are a regular occurrence here, but just be sure to check em before you leave!

Ordered a 4 piece supreme dinner with 2 bo-berry biscuits. They only had 1 Bo-berry available so asked if a cinnamon twist was acceptable so said yes.
Got home and had the cinnamon stick and the bo-berry biscuit but only 2 chicken pieces. And none of the honey mustard I had asked for.
Quality at this location seems to be very hit or miss lately. More often than not they are out of something and only mention it after you’ve paid and left having to get a substitution.

personally i always get the dirty rice, but i found a hair in the food and was willing to ignore it because stuff happens, but a second hair was in the food and i just had to throw it away at that point. it’s not one of mine because my hair is much thicker than the strand shown on the plastic cap. i won’t be getting the dirty rice anymore because i also work in food service and make sure to wear a hairnet anytime i prepare food just to prevent things like this happening.
