Food was amazing overall we had Rumali Roti and Butter chicken( not a great combo, I know!) but wanted to try their roti.
Chilli chicken was amazing.
We also had Ras malai which was very different from the usual Ras malai, skip that.
Our friends had chhole bhature and paneer sabzi, they liked it too! Need to go again to try that.

I really like the food truck and came here after seeing Kunal’s insta video. I instantly connected with the food truck as I am a Chaap lover and I haven’t found any restaurants in bay area having good Chaap.
Also Kunal’s video was hear touching seeing how long he waited to get this all done.
Edit: Forgot to mention, this was me celebrating my daughter’s 3rd Month. My fav food with my fav person.

The chap that we tried here, the malai chaap and the tandoori chaap, the marination of that was not good at all. And we tried the paneer tikka, you can get much better paneer tikka at a lot of places in bay area, like at Keeku da Dhaba. If you really wanna taste chaap that is something similiar to india best bet is Punjabi Chap Corner but they are not yet here in west coast.

Amazing food served by an amazing human… Chef Kunal the owner was such a pleasure to meet. Took into serious consideration and acted on my suggestion of having dedicated skewers for veg and non veg items.
While all the food we ate was amazing.. I have to give a special mention to the tandoori chap and also the tandoor fresh breads and the fresh gravies… you just cant get this freshness and quality in a brick and mortar restaurant… some things are just meant to be eaten roadside… Also truck and surroundings were very clean and well maintained.

Great food taste! I grew up in West Delhi on Rajouri Garden food so my food buds always crave for that flavor. This is the first time in the US that I found that top notch flavor in the food.
I usually do not even care to try veg food outside but their chole bhature and kulcha were awesome! The spice level in the non-veg kababs was very low as per my taste, but our kids loved them.
Our kids are allergic to eggs and nuts and this was a great place to take them as most items did not contain them. Moreover the owner knew exactly which ingredients are used in each item and patiently guided us through our ordering process.
On top of that prices were really reasonable. Great place for a family outing. I recommend all to give it a try if you crave for the Delhi food taste.

Chup Chaap is a solid food truck for flavorful tandoori items. The lamb chops, kulchas, and kebabs were absolutely delicious, juicy, smoky, and well-seasoned. However, the malai kebab felt a bit undercooked, which took away from an otherwise great experience. Still worth a visit for the bold flavors and great variety.

Absolutely loved Chup Chaap food truck! The food was so delicious and full of flavor, you can really tell everything is made with care. We loved the variety of options, and the prices are very reasonable too.
The best part though? The employees/owner are SO kind and humble. They were genuinely warm and welcoming. And in this cold Bay Area weather, they didn’t even charge us for tea such a sweet and thoughtful gesture!
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving good food with even better hospitality. Will definitely be back!
