He just set up in Redmond and we are so happy to have him! The service was friendly, quick, and the food was FANTASTIC! The meat had great flavor, specialty BBQ sauces, and the sides were homemade (no store bought here!). Great food at a good price!

Where to start, I’ll start with amazingly great food. The pulled pork is the best I’ve had in decades. The potato salad was a unique flavor and delicious the beans good but I make better. I can’t wait to try the other meats they have. I love and recommend this place to all.

Food was bland! I stopped here because of all the great reviews but my experience with the food was far from good. Granted, the gentleman running the register was nice and the portions we’re decent for the price, BUT I drove all this way for the great food others in the reviews raved about. I ordered two plates of pulled pork with corn, beans, macaroni salad, and potato salad. You can tell sides are homemade but lacked flavor. No salt or seasoning whatsoever. The pork was tender but so bland. The sides were worse unfortunately. The ONLY saving grace was the bbq sauce but even that was so ketchup forward and you needed a whole lot just to add some kind of flavor to the food. Nowhere near great bbq. I don’t recommend and would not return.

Some of the best barbecue I’ve had since Russell Street barbecue closed in Portland Oregon. Great half rack of ribs, well smoked and tender. The corn salad is a must. Friendly service to boot! Can’t wait to come back.

I ordered a half rack of the most incredible ribs I have eaten in over 20 years since I ate ribs at Dreamland BBQ in Birmingham Alabama. This is real BBQ! And their sides especially their beans can’t be beat. I could eat just a big bowl of those delicious beans.

One of the hard things to find in the Pacific NW, let alone central Oregon, is good BBQ. This is place is a gem. We got two platters to feed 4 people and we only needed one. His food was perfect. You will not be disappointed.

The pulled pork was tender and delicious! I’m not a fan of olives and the Mac salad and potato salad were crammed full of olives. Will have to try the Mac and cheese next time.
