Called for a pizza. Asked for heavy sauce. Gave me a price of $14.14. . Picked up pie. It was 3 dollars more. I asked if they charged me for heavy sause and she said yes. I said but that was not the.price you gave me. She blew me off. Even the owner saw me talking with her and did nothing. So they charged me for 6 jars of tamatoe sause($3.00). For literally a tea spoon of sauce, if they even put it on. Rediculous. And its Christmas eve. They lost a big customer. I get all my corporate stuff from them. No more.

My husband and I were in the area meeting up will a person to pick up a purchase of a piece of used stereo equipment from Facebook Marketplace and saw this place. I ordered 2 pies to go. Oh, WOW the pizza is incredible! The staff was friendly and efficient. We may drive back to Sparta just for this pizza. IT IS THAT GOOD! Highly recommend it.

The Customer Service was Excellent as the Girls behind the Counter were friendly and provided great service. The Plaza is in desperate need of a makeover. The Entrance Door needs a lot of muscle just to open. You also have to maneuver and not trip over the mat outside. Anyway, $2.00 will get you a Fill the Belly Regular Slice of Pizza. The slice was Overcooked and was 85 percent covered in Cheese. The cheese was rubbery and the sauce was non existent. No Pizza Harmony and thus the 2.0 Pizza score for the Pizza Hunters App.

I highly recommend coming into Villa Capri if you have any availability. Prices are amazing, food is always fresh and hot when served no matter if it’s pickup carry out or delivery. They always make sure you are left satisfied, and never unhappy with your order. It’s something you won’t regret.

I called and order a family dinner. I was missing one of the meals I ordered. I called to advise of the missing order and I was wet with nasty disgruntled employees that did not want to help my missing food order. I was transferred several times and they actually hung up on me because they didn’t want to deal with my dissatisfaction. I had to call back and asked to speak to a manager and conveniently he was not available. The customer service in this place sucks and as a frequent customer I will now take my business elsewhere. This is my review of my experience with this place. I hope this establishment will do better in customer service training.

Our first time here and was impressed by the food! The garlic knots were fresh! The mozzarella sticks are a must have! Philly Cheesesteak wasn’t that big, on the smaller side, but not too bad! The pizza was delicious! We’ll definitely come back to order again!
