If I was flushing with cash, I’d likely only eat at subway. Good food, like the employees, and leave them special instructions like the image each time I order. They always tell me they really enjoy my instructions.
Also unlike McDonald’s, I don’t get told “we can’t serve you, I’ll call the cops”, when i came with my kid, that was the first thing i heard over the intercom. Policy states otherwise, but subway is in tye same parking lot. It’s actually why I started using them. Thanks McDonald’s for being hostile, it worked out great for me.
The inside of my subway could use some remodeling, feels dated, and a little dark inside. Not stressing that much as i assume their paycheck would take a nasty hit from shutting down during renovation. Rather the workers have a steady income. So keep that in mind if you visit.
Have a fantastic day, all you magnificent little organic robots!

I have NEVER had this much of an Issue with subway before. Got to the drive thru, The guy was a little rude. I pulled around and waited for them to tell me the total. Paid and said itll be out. We waited 10 minutes just for a sub and a dipper. Pulled into a parking spot and opened the food. I had ordered a sub with ONLY lettuce, provonlone, turkey and salami with only the bun toasted. The dipper, (dont have a pic) was pepperoni and cheese and wasnt even toasted or made right. I opened it and this is what i get. Just salami toasted with the bun. I go back in and tell them and show them the receipt with what i had asked. They remade it and the guy from the window, his name was anthony. He said “its okay, mistakes happen. when that happens just come in and we’ll remake it” That wasnt a mistake first off. Missed the whole damn order. Whenever i got it remade, Anthony then proceeded to say “have a wonderful day in paradise” with a snarky tone. I will never recommend this subway ever. First time there and I can assure that i will never be back.

The workers always seem very helpful and kind! they don’t get an attitude if you need something or if you’re unsure about what drinks or food they have! Seem very happy to be working and very happy to help! Yesterday around 3 the young lady did a wonderful job at helping me. not many people at fast food jobs are kind but they are also sandwiches are very good and accurate!

My girlfriend ordered us 2 sandwiches and the girl at the drive thru didn’t ring them in. She was rude about recognizing her mistake, and generally rude the entire interaction. She even dropped an F bomb in front of a manager. Crazy. This comes after a string of messed up orders through door dash which I’ve had to have refunded several times, once for giving me a completely cold steak sandwich. I would strongly urge the consumer to go to the much nicer Subway on Connellsville St as I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them, their staff is much more respectful AND competent and the atmosphere is more inviting.

I ordered a veggie sub and it hardly had anything on it. I was in drive thru so didn’t realize it till I got home. Was all bread and hardly any veggies.. just a very thin line.. I suggest teaching the young staff how to correctly make huggies. They were sweet at window but sandwich was disappointing.

Stopped in to get a sub on 7/23. It took 20 minutes just to take my order. The staff working this day were very unfriendly and disorganized. When I got to order, I watched the girl make my sub and give it to the younger coworker at the register who in turn switched my sub for someone else’s. This was after her coworker already told the girl not to get them mixed up! When I got to my destination later, boy was I surprised to be looking at a bun with just lettuce and cheese on it. This isn’t rocket science folks. How hard can it be? $6.25 wasted.

Stopped at 11:30 on Sunday to get a tuna sub. We were told they do not have any. Then we were asked by the employee ,who was chewing his food, “Did you try the one by Giant Eagle”. Seriously, why would you suggest I drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction. So we decided to leave. As we walking out the door he shouted to us, ” We will make it now”. No thank you. With the increase in wages that led to the increase in prices I think you need to do better Subway, and your employees too.

None of the employees were wearing name tags. The guy making my sandwich asked me 5 times what kind of sandwich I wanted. He was wearing headphones which is probably why he couldn’t comprehend anything I was saying. My sandwich was thrown onto the basket and wasn’t even made correctly. I asked for a turkey breast and ham sandwich and all I got was burnt bread with turkey. My boyfriend asked for the monster and received just steak n cheese on barely toasted bread. We had to ask the worker to add the bacon and toast it again. I’m all for a messy sandwich but the customer service was absolutely awful. No wonder this subway was completely empty.
