Snug take-out window turning out wood-fired pizzas as well as subs, sandwiches & salads.

Came during a super busy time with multiple families (all with toddlers) and were lucky to find seating. Just a heads-up: this isn’t a dine-in spot it’s fully outdoors, so seating can be hit or miss. That said, the food is amazing. Fresh, hot pizza with great quality every time. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but totally worth it. Expect up to an hour wait during peak hours, but it’s worth sticking around for

We had our wedding after party at Peddler’s Pavillion with pizza from Ticheli’s and it was perfect!! We got married at the Pearl hotel and then lead all of our guests on the short 5 minute walk to Peddlers where we had an open bar and Ticheli’s pizza. Mike & Paula (the owners) were very responsive during the planning process and everything went off seamlessly! They brought a variety of fresh, hot pizzas out and our guests loved it! Highly recommend! ☺️ I only have pics of the area before because we were having too much fun to capture pics during the after party!

Located at Peddler’s Pavilion in Inlet Beach this little pizza place is as good as it gets. I had the Tuscany pizza. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better pizza. My wife got their meatballs, and she loved them. If you can, go on a Saturday night and enjoy Jared Herzog. He performs at the pavilion and is sure to make your heart happy with his beautiful singing.

Paid 51 for two 12″ pizza. Pricey but whatever. Placed my order and was told 30 mins. Family in front of us were a nice couple with 2 kids and they ordered before us. 30 mins later they went and picked up their pizzas and sat next to us. I figured our pizzas were ready shortly? Not a chance. Got our pizzas a good 1 hour after we first ordered. Now, mind you, these pizzas take seven minutes to bake.
If you don’t mind waiting an hour for a pizza that is okay, then this is the spot for you.

I was a first time visitor from Kansas City and I’m still dreaming about this pizza!!! They import their ingredients from Italy which is huge for me because not only is it delicious, but with gluten & dairy sensitives I have imported ingredients don’t hurt me!!! I was so excited when I found this out! They work so hard in this tiny hut… I can’t imagine how hot it gets in there even during the summer! Kudos to them!! They are so friendly! They left me cute little smiley face on my pizza box and I had a warm + welcoming interaction! I discovered they loved Jesus from a cute little sign they had and that REALLY excited me!!❤️❤️ I give all my support to this small business! Bravo!! God bless the employees and business!!

Really tasty pizza. We loved the wood fired crust and the toppings were so good. If you are looking for the best pizza along 30A I highly recommend.

Pizza took an hour. The photos they used looked so good that I was sure it would be worth it. Lo and behold, I’m served what seemed to be a cracker with a flavorless sauce and low quality cheese. I also got mozzarella sticks, which aren’t cheap, and they are obviously frozen (they are also terrible and the cheese has no pull). A Jack’s frozen pizza (which is like 3$) would have been about the same quality, maybe even better. Time to get a new vendor! We already have good pizza at Lola’s.

Ticheli’s is hands down my favorite place when visiting Rosemary/Seacrest! Every time I visit, I can never pass up the chance to get my hands on the best pizza ever! Ryan, in particular is SO awesome, thoughtful, and kind! My husband and I love this place even more with his and everyone’s AMAZING customer service! The wait time is long during busy dinner hours, BUT FOR GOOD REASON. It’s. SO. WORTH. IT. If you ever get a chance, go to Ticheli’s and eat the best pizza on the beach while enjoying the most beautiful sunset!!

Y’all. There is no shortage of delicious food on 30A. We absolutely loved Ticheli’s “Mama’s Sweep the Kitchen” Pizza, Chicken Bianca Pizza and Meatball Sub! Woah. The real Italian deal. We didn’t want to stop eating it. Located in Peddlers Pavilion in Seacrest Beach.

Fun place to grab a pizza, or salad or wings or sub, and enjoy close to the gulf.
It’s a small shack in a commons area so there is no inside sitting, but plenty of places can be found to sit and eat and just watch.
Order at the window, give them you cell number and once ready they will send you a message- so you’re free to check out the other shops.
Not the best pizza ever, but not bad- and it’s located in a beautiful place.
