I never want to leave bad reviews, but this incident deserved it.

They refuse to make a build your own sandwich. A simple turkey/ pepperjack cheese/ bacon and mayo sandwich because it’s not a “menu item”

What?! The when I said can you make me a club without the ham on it?

The 16 yr old girl said “uh no I can’t do that.”

But I don’t like ham. Tell me why this happened. How not competent can one be. Won’t be back if they aren’t competent to have enough common sense to make a damn sandwich the way someone wants it. Good lord.

I’m very mad that they got rid of the flat bread here. That’s literally only reason, other than the cookies, that I go to this place. The other bread that is used doesn’t even taste good.

I went to this Subway location for lunch today, planning to order the same sandwich I always get. I asked for extra jalapeños, as I do at every other Subway, but the employee refused, saying it would “throw off their inventory.” Oh, so now they are counting each Jalapeno? That’s one of the most ridiculous excuses I’ve ever heard. I explained I’ve never been told this before, but he still refused.

I pointed out that jalapeños are one of the cheapest ingredients, but he argued they weren’t. He brought up how expensive black olives are. I never asked for extra black olives, just extra jalapeños. His manager even stepped in at this point and told him to add them, yet he refused again.

When I asked for the corporate phone number, the manager claimed they didn’t have it and couldn’t give it to me. I then asked for the district manager’s name, but they refused, saying it was “private information.” Also saying they woulndt give me their private number, which i never asked for or expected. I asked for the corporate number, or a professional contact number for the manager. I explained that I just wanted a first name to know who I need to ask to speak to. Finally after being told that I am recording the interaction they gave me the District Managers first name.

To make things worse, the manager’s young child came from the back of the store and tried to join the argument, taking the manager’s side. I told the child to step away since it wasn’t appropriate for them to be involved. The child should not have been there at all, let alone addressing me and the issues I was having. That was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate for the manager to have the child there in the first place.

I left without my sandwich and will never return to this location. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here at this point, every single time I have visited this location, I have had a problem. Everything from skimpy portions of meat (I get a tuna sandwich and they like to fill the scoop as little as possible and still call it a portion) to now refusing a simple extra-veggie request. This is corporate greed at its worst, and it’s disgusting.

I’ve also reported this incident to Subway corporate. This should never have happened, especially over maybe five cents worth of jalapeños. They ended up having to throw away my entire footlong sandwich in the end, which i am sure “throw off their inventory” way more than a hand-full of jalapenos would have.

I ordered a (double) meat Italian BMT with guacamole and everything but spinach and received a salad about half the size of a (normal) one with no guacamole; looks like someone’s leftovers. I’ll never go back there.

Ridiculous! Subway needs to hire more help! We ordered an online (3 sandwiches) – waited 25 minutes before arriving to the store and still had to wait another 45 minutes before our order was started! The woman was obviously new and frustrated being the only one there. She messed up and had to remake 2 of our sandwiches twice! The final product was sloppy.

2nd time I’ve ordered a sandwich in the app and they didn’t put lettuce on it. So when I call today to tell them I asked for refund or coupon for free sandwich and guy told me they don’t do that after the sandwich has been paid for. I said I paid in app and got it home and it was wrong so I’m just screwed and the guy literally told me yeah pretty much.

Came in during a thunderstorm that caught me by surprise on my bike, and the staff was kind to let me camp out for a couple of hours until the storm passed. Sandwich was great, too!

ordered 2 bowls of soup and a sandwich to go. Got order both bowls was one fourth full!!! Sandwich was old tough bread that crumbled when taking a bite!!!! dressing on sandwich was not what I ordered!!! Called talked to a mgr??? could not speak much english said she had to go had to wait on a customer. She did said come back for more soup which would mean I had to drive round trip 24 miles!!!! Have you heard of doing it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!
Stale bread 1/4 bowl of soup–In the trash it went just spent $13.00 or should I say donation to CALIFORNIA MO SUBWAY.

I’m sick of this location.
I have given it so many chances. Do not visit this location. Go to the Tipton one or make the trip to Jefferson City if you really want a sandwich. The costumer service is atrocious, the quality is nonexistent and health code is not followed in the slightest. Unless you want a wrapper full of slop and your food coughed on, never go to this location.
