Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Asked for the toasted sandwich to be taken out a little sooner since my SEVEN YEAR OLD doesn’t eat burnt sandwiches (who WOULD) ??? They told me they couldn’t take it out sooner??? I told them Nevermind don’t toast it I’ll do it at home since they can’t take it out sooner. They got the manager and asked if it would be ok. ( YALL ITS LESS TIME IN THE OVEN AND WITH ME A CUSTOMER!!!!!) they said ‘ok we can try but if this was a lunch rush we wouldn’t be able to do it ‘ LOL what????? Lost a customer for life and will be telling others to NOT go to this not freaky fast Jimmy johns.

I went to this location twice since it has reopen and both times I’ve been disappointed. The first sandwich that I ordered, I requested extra sauce and when I opened my sandwich it was swimming in it and the sauce soaked through the paper. Today I purchased two chicken ceasar wraps and they put so much pepper in them that they are almost inedible. The workers are nice and the place is clean, I just really wish they could make my sandwich collectly.

Freaky fast? Nope. Ordered at 652pm, and at 750pm still no food. Called the store and apparently they only have one driver. Would be helpful to let customers know that. Food finally arrived at 810pm.

Extremely rude customer service. Messed up my overpriced sandwiches then said “ it wasn’t on the receipt”. I literally have the receipt and it stated what we wanted clear as day. Don’t order from here and save yourself the frustration and money and don’t support bad local businesses

They live up to their slogan, “Freaky Fast”, EVERY TIME! I barely have time to put away my change before my sandwich is done. I hope all locations are as speedy as this one! The sandwiches are as expected, but the staff is hilarious and super friendly. Literally had my sandwich ready before I was done paying too

We love the sandwiches from Jimmy John’s. They always do a good job here making our food right, but they do forget the pickle with our order a lot, LOL, including when we ordered this past weekend. I’ve called once in the past and they probably wrote my name down or something, but I always forget by the time I go back again, so I usually just don’t bother to call. They still do better than most other food places around. It is a bit expensive to eat at Jimmy John’s in general, though, so that’s the only major downside.

the food was fine but i think i experienced the worst delivery service i’ve ever seen. my boyfriend ordered today (10/20) and although on time, the driver STORMED into my apartment, slammed the staircase door, banged on my door like the police, stomped down the stairs, and slammed the door again. it was absolutely ridiculous. it sent me into a full blown panic attack with how loud and sudden it was. im still shaking. there was NO REASON to do all that. my neighbors were literally coming outside their doors concerned!!!
