I have mixed reviews about this Chipotle! I frequent this location as it is closest to me. Today I do a mobile order for pick up as I normally do. Get all the way home to open the bowl and see like 2% of a scoop of rice in my bowl. Like literally 2%. Not enough for me to eat let alone the person I am sharing it with. Try to get it resolved online with no avail so I drive all the way back to chipotle to not even get a “sorry” or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Of course they take my bowl and make me a new one but no consideration to the time I just wasted having to do all of that. I tell the lady this at the drive through window that and again she shows that she doesn’t care. Which is fine don’t care about how YOUR mistakes impeded in my day. So literally this raging and rating is just solely for her. She claimed to be the manager on duty and just offered me a drink to shut me up. The other guy that is in charge there is amazing. Her; do better. The world sucks for us all right now and not just you. Just beware and and learn from me to check your bowls before driving all the way home!

Not at all satisfied with my Uber Eats order. I got it and it was cold! Do not know why when it didn’t take more than 20 minutes for me to get it after it was placed on the app. The chips were like a mixture of old and fresh with a little salt on them. I can only appreciate the packaging.

Usually I’m a fan of Chipotle but this one needs some help. Some of the staff were distracted. Several of the line’s areas weren’t stocked. My food was salty. Hopefully this was just an off night. They were getting steady business, and the place was clean.

Absolutely slow every time I’ve been here employees do not care at all, sitting on their phones, going out to their car for 5 mins mid order after someone asks for hard shells, comes back in and asks a fellow employee if they have hard shells. Absolutely crazy wait for no reason but laziness.

Every single time i come here at this specific location they give out the smallest portions! They will scoop up your food with a fast motion to make it look like your getting alot but in reality your getting a half scoop because of all the food that falls out in the process of then scooping it. I try to give benefit of the doubt and i go again to the location only to get disappointed again.

Rosa who took mine and my daughters order was very nice. Had a smile on her face the whole time and that’s a huge difference from my local Chipotle in Clermont. I hadn’t been inside one in over 2 years bc of their nasty attitude. And our cashier whom I didn’t get her name was very sweet n also was very welcoming. We would definitely stop here on our next dentist visit in 3 months.

This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to. The restaurant is always clean. The service is fast, the management always seems to make the longest line seem like a short one. Food is always so good and they don’t run out like some Chipotle’s I’ve been to like the Lakeland FL one. Davenport is amazing great job.
