Friendly amazing staff and fair prices but there’s always a smell in this particular Wendy’s location. I can’t put my finger on it. I usually sit in the back away front the kitchen and bathroom to avoid the smell. I’m guessing it’s coming from the bathroom.

Went inside to order my food thought it would make it easier to use a coupon. I was wrong, nobody was trained on how to use a coupon. Then I order garlic fries half way thru waiting they tell me they don’t have garlic sauce. Pretty bummed out by then. The burger was ok but my Baconator fries were terrible and the cheese and fries were cold. Not the best experience today not sure if I ever wanna go back.

Ordered spicy nuggets, got regular nuggets… come on… how do you mess that up. Mind you, this was after ordering it on the app and having to wait another 10 minutes parked because the food wasn’t ready when I got there. Also, what’s up with the burger lettuce? Why change it

I went in earlier to get 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. I asked for NO tomato on both and to add pickles. It was even shown on the screen the changes made to both sandwiches. Instead I got both sandwiches one with tomatoes and one without and no pickles. I didn’t pay almost $22 for something I didn’t not ask for. ridiculous.

Very disappointed in Wendy’s…
I used to go regularly and my favorite meal is the spicy chicken sandwich… They used to be a big thick juicy chunk of chicken… What I got today can barely pass as a piece of meat… $18 bucks for a meal and this is what you get…
Completely unacceptable
We know fast food prices have skyrocketed… That doesn’t mean quality should suffer…

I never complain but at 1100 pm we couldn’t find a place to eat. My son and I where tired of the same old MD so we saw Wendy’s. Maria I will not be going back to this establishment because of your rudeness. You guys don’t deserve any stars on service and atmosphere the food was a 1 the fries were barely warm and some stale. My coffee you asked how Many cream and sugars I told you 2c and about 12s and you come back with a bag with 4 sugars ‍♂️
Please guys do better! If you guys want my buisness please at least get the basics down. Recommend re training your staff to attend guest polite and re assure you heard correct the order!

While I was doing a job nearby I would come here a few times a week for almost two months and never had an issue. This time however was a very different experience. In short, Ernan can’t comprehend a simple order. And when Ernan doesn’t understand your order he will have you try to decipher what’s on his screen to see if it is correct or not. As a customer and not being trained on their register inputs I could not verify. Ernan then yells for another employee to check it, in-between yelling at employees to inform them of the job duties he will not be doing. She verifies that the order is correct. Then for some reason that’s when Ernan gets mad and throws a fit like a 3 year old because I somehow confused him when I ordered the $5 Biggie bag, and a Cod sandwich.
I realize dealing with customers can be overwhelming. But it wasn’t even lunch time and the few people that were there besides myself all had issues as well.
Ernan is not a good choice to interact with the customers.
