We had excellent customer service with Cleve on Saturday afternoon. Burgerville is pretty standard, and the food at this location is just as good as any of the others, but Cleve seemed to go above and beyond in making sure customers have the best experience. I very much appreciate his friendliness and helpfulness.
Also the bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Added bonus that they didn’t blast the muzak at this location.

1st time at a Burgerville, for dinner. I do like the remodeling. I ordered the no. 6 burger, specifically asked for it to be well done because I wasn’t sure how they operated here. maybe I jinxed the order. Other fast food joints always cook the burgers well done & you don’t have to ask. It arrived with pink in the middle & the remake which came well over 20 minutes later and only after I checked whether they were ever bringing it to me, was also pink in the middle. The ground beef appeared to be of good quality, but was undercooked. I was sick the next morning. They charge a quarter for a water and the water doesn’t taste good. We ordered two no. 6 and two regular fries and a ranch dipping sauce, two waters were almost $27.

We stopped in for some classic fries and iced tea. The front does not have dedicated staff and mainly uses kiosks. I didn’t realize this until I interacted with an assistant manager who took my order.
The staff will carry the food to your table. The napkin and condiment area was neat and clean.
On the day I visited, the dining room need some attention- tables needed wiped down and trash emptied. The floor was quite slick. However, a sign was posted but only at one entrance. I would recommend more than one sign. Preferably, visible at the side and main entrance.
The restrooms are available and clean. Handicap parking is available. The doors are manual. Wheelchair users may require assistance.

Great food and staff usually. I’ve had a couple hiccoughs where something was forgotten, but it was resolved quickly and without issue. Also, it’s great to see companies that do not discriminate based on stupid things like jewelry, hair color, or personality. It may sound like I’m tryna poke at someone, but nah. I really like the variety of people that are willing and able to help and do a great job.

We have really enjoyed the quality of the food in the past at burgerville, but today not so much. The French Fries were soggy and the pumpkin milkshake was lacking flavor. Now northwest cheese burgers were good. The staff were polite and friendly. The web app for ordering was fairly easy to use. This was unusual for burgerville, hope they do better next time.

Just had a great dinner with the fam here. The best coast chicken sandwich and chocolate hazelnut bliss shake were delicious. But more impressive was the service we received dining in.
The cashier was kind and helpful, the workers brought the food to our table along with our waters, and even followed up with us to see if we needed anything. To top it off, the dining area was spotless. Def much better than the average fast food joint!

Edit: Burgerville sent me a $5 app credit because I wasn’t happy. Normally that would be awesome, but when I went to use it the next month it had expired.
I repeat: THE CREDIT THEY GAVE ME FOR A PROBLEM EXPIRED. What a crock.
Clearly I’m not the only person who has had issues with tiny portions at exorbitant prices. But giving me a credit I couldn’t even use is ridiculous. Zero stars.

If you charge $14+ for fish and fries, it should be a good portion. It wasn’t. Look at the photo and you’ll see my fish pieces were barely larger than a lemon wedge, and smaller than the coleslaw cup.

After ordering, their shake machine happen to breakdown. I was standing on the other side of the wall to the machine so I could see them trying to repair it. I watched the manager dip his hand and wrist into the shake slurry, past his rubber glove and watch. At that point I decided I didn’t want to wait or even want the shake anymore so I asked for a refund but never got it. The manager just waited till they were done and gave me the shakes l
The fry’s were soggy and rubbery. The burgers looked unappealing but tasted decent. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion. Tons of better food options to choose from in that area.

I am sooooooo happy Burgerville opened in my neighborhood. Reading over these reviews I cannot believe how impatient some folks are with a brand new store and employees that were completely slammed.
I skipped the drive thru and wanted to go inside to place my order. The lady who took my order (shout out to Cindy A), was sooooo nice and patient, even asking me if I had the app (I do!) and how to get points. My Plantville burger and Walla Walla onion rings were absolutely delicious. The onion ring order was so big that I couldn’t even eat them all, so I put them in the fridge expecting them to be soggy the next morning. To my surprise, they were still crunchy and made a great addition to breakfast.
The next day, I stopped in for a chocolate hazelnut Cosmic Bliss shake and it was absolutely divine.
Both times I’ve gone in, they were slammed, but everyone was friendly and nice, the food came out at a reasonable time and was delicious.
Eleven out of 5 stars for sure!
