I am a pizza guy so I pizza 3-4 times a week , Sunnyside location has a new manager ,black guy named Alexis I think well I called in after picking up my order because both the pizza and garlic bites were a bit doughy and didn’t seem to be cooked all the way. They corrected my order, 2 days later I ordered again and this time they forgot to put pineapples on the Hawaiian side of pizza so called to speak with manager. This guy did everything but call me a liar, saying he personally stood there and watched his guy put pineapples on it. I was like I can take it back in to you And he says we are closed and hangs up on me. Guess pizza hut here I come

Thank you for making the executive decision that although what I ordered was pizza, what I really wanted was soup, poured in excess, smothered on top of raw uncooked dough. I love when I can’t tell the difference between the cheese in the stuffed crust from the crust itself because it’s the exact same consistency. Because it’s raw. Thank you, I truly love paying for food and then immediately throwing it away. You’re a true master of your craft, and outstanding citizen of our small community.

Always great service! The pizza this time was very good (hand tossed Hawaiian with x cheese, add green peppers banana peppers and jalapeños! The wings are really tasty, especially the Mango Habanero, but they are kinda small and this time the dummies were a bit fatty

Be aware, do not try to order more than 1 pizza during between 12-2, there’s probably more times but I tried to order at noon and I was yelled at.

Pizzas, 2 of them were cheese and the manager said they couldn’t be delivered because the order was too big for the lunch rush. I tried to take a later delivery and I would have decreased the amount that ordered if I was given the chance. I was rudely told that if I was going to order that much food, I had to call earlier in the day and they would be cancelling my order, then I was hung up on. I know the stresses of the food industry right now, take a breathe and understand that you could have shown just a little bit of kindness, you wouldn’t have to lose multiple customers. Sorry you’re having such a bad day Edwin.

I met the new owners a month ago and they seem like great people but i order dominoes almost daily and will stop doing that until the employees working conditions are fixed. Unfortunately i went in today and the place was soo hot! We are in a state heat wave and they have no air conditioning! I understand there are reasons why perhaps but take care of your employees so they can take care of your business. I love dominoes i hope you get the A/C in their working soon.i hope to hear from the employees i love seeing regularly that the issue was at least attempted to be resolved!

Be careful, half of the time when we order our order is messed up. over charged tonight, and when I called to get a correction got hung up on. Times when I call, the staff is “out to salad lunch” if you know what I mean. I have to ask for a manager to get resolution or offer compliments. Thanks.
