If I could give 0 stars I would today I came in with my daughters and I saw a middle age woman throw a tantrum. I believe her name tag said nicole she was yelling in the cafe, slamming doors, and acting extremely unprofessional as a starbucks barista. She was extremely rude to me when trying to take my order. I was ignored by her for at least 10 minutes. I WILL be never coming back.

Stopped in this morning after a run and the entire morning crew was so friendly and welcoming. It was clear while I enjoyed my coffee that they take the time to know their customers … saying hi by name, and asking how a recent trip went. When I left they made sure to say goodbye … and remembered my name. Really great experience.

Gretchen and her team are fantastic. They are attentive, kind, thoughtful and welcoming. This facilitates a great energy and fun atmosphere, exactly what every Starbucks should aspire to be like! It feels like a special neighborhood spot, versus part of a giant coffee chain.

Is bringing a big dog into an eating establishment something we do now? And something we accept? I was in this Starbucks and a woman brought a huge dog in and it barked extremely loudly upon entering. She took him out for a minute, then brought him back and he lounged on the floor in the middle of the store. I’ve been out of the country for several years so I have to wonder, when did this become acceptable? Never mind the hygienic aspect, what about people with allergies? Pretty sickening. Keep animals out of our food places.
