I’ve been a regular at this Scooters, but lately the experience hasn’t been the same. A newer employee often answers over the speaker in a very loud, high-energy tone. She wears glasses, quite tall, her hair is usually in a bun, curly. She isn’t mean or yelling, but the volume and delivery can be overstimulating and uncomfortable when you’re just trying to place an order. Especially if you’re just not in a good mood.
On top of that, the way she speaks feels unprofessional for a customer service setting. The frequent use of slang like “period” comes across as dismissive rather than friendly.
The drinks have also been inconsistent recently and not tasting as good as they used to, which adds to the frustration. I hope management can address both the communication style at the speaker and the drop in drink quality, because this location used to be great.

Horrible location. Came at 7 pm, plenty of time before closing. The two young women working acknowledged my presence, but obviously ignored me. Ignorantly counting the register while I was at the window, and looked back as I left the drive through. Not a regular at Scooter’s but this service or lack thereof, will deter me from coming again.

This was a great location but recently 50% of the time my coffee is messed up (hot white mocha). I visit multiple locations regularly as i travel for work and this location has gone downhill fast in the last year. I hope they can get it together because when its right the coffee is the best.

I am so tired of coming to this particular Scooters and not getting what I paid for. They cannot make an Oreo Blender how every other Scooters makes them. The load it down with Ice and try to substitute the Oreo with Chocolate Syrup. It hasn’t happened once it’s something they consistently do. It’s not like they don’t already charge enough. But they don’t even give you what you pay for!

This is a drive-up only coffee shop. It opened in this town a year or two ago. We are frequent customers, and we like the fact that they are pretty fast. No long waits. The drinks are great, and they even have pup cups for dogs.

A wonderful coffee stop. We like a solid cup no frills and this is our new favorite! They have food items and breakfast type sandwiches all day. We got coffee ground for our pot at home, medium roast – delicious!
