Everything was great until they handed me the ice cream. We took a cute photo in the Photo Booth at the larger location the store was set up cute and everything but last time we got the banana it was freezer burned hard and you could not bite into it this time we got gelato and everything was great until you realized there’s no gelato left When I tell you, these are the smallest scoops in the world I mean it I was expecting to get big ones and I asked to split a scoop between two different flavors and they said I couldn’t but I ended up with two scoops that were microscopic and only took seven minutes to scarf down

What a great concept. Absolutley loved it. Great options and very reasonable price. And theres a lovely setting outside to go and enjoy your bannana. They serve it in a cardboard bowl which is a great idea and helps prevent any mess. You got a try these – you don’t regret it!

Review: Negal’s Bananas, Seaside, FL
My recent visit to Negal’s Bananas in Seaside was a delightful experience that truly satisfied my sweet tooth. The frozen banana coated in rich, smooth chocolate was absolutely wonderful—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly chilled, making for a decadent treat.
In addition, the frozen cheesecake was equally impressive. Topped with a generous caramel drizzle and sprinkled with coconut, it offered a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. Both desserts hit the spot and provided a satisfying ending to our day.
Negal’s Bananas is a charming and peaceful place, ideal for enjoying a sweet escape in a relaxed atmosphere. The quality of the treats and the serene surroundings make it a must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful dessert experience in Seaside.
Overall, I highly recommend Negal’s Bananas for anyone looking for delicious, high-quality desserts in a tranquil setting. It’s a true gem for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Go to Nigel’s for a unique dessert experience like no one else offers. Combinations were tasty and cravings were satisfied.
Pros:
– Made fresh to order: get to see it be made right infront of you
– A variety of flavor combinatons
– Friendly staff; quick and efficient
– In a cute area with lots of outdoor seating
Cons:
– The line is long, but it moves fast (plus that means it’s good right?!)
– No indoor seating. You grab and go.

We were a bit skeptical of the hype on such a unique concept, and chose some relatively simple options to be safe, but it turned out to be fantastic! We tried a dipped banana without toppings and a dipped key lime pie with Biscoff drizzle. Both were great, but some coconut flakes on the banana would have made it fantastic – next time! Plus, the service was great and the quaint area adjacent to the shop made for a great place to eat the treats.

I don’t even know where to start. It’s a “bananas dipped in chocolate” shop. Those are two of my favorite things in life so I’m down for this. I got one and added sprinkles to it. It was huge and way too much for my daughter and I to share. It was pretty great. Only thing I didn’t like about it was how hard it was but I assume that’s because the banana is cold and the chocolate is hot. No getting around that. The vibe inside is cool. It’s small but has outdoor seating. They also have a few drinks. Pricing is fair and staff is very nice. Pretty cool place!

Nestled in a spot that’s easy to overlook, this banana haven serves up scoops that are firm yet yielding, with a natural curve that hits all the right notes. Each bite unravels layers of sweetness, leaving you satisfied and slightly sticky-fingered. A masterful tease for the senses, and they never got soft. 5/5 stars.

Such a delightful treat on a sweltering day! The frozen bananas come many ways. There’s a bar of toppings. I took the employee’s advice and had the “Beach Bum”. It was a frozen chocolate covered banana topped with coconut and caramel. Nigel’s has other banana treats on the menu, although I did not indulge. Next time you are in Seaside, stop in for a Nigel’s banana! Their covered seating outside the store is comfortable and shaded to get out of the heat. Just behind them is a beautiful courtyard. So much to see at this location.

A total hidden gem in Seaside Beach. The frozen banana’s texture was perfect and easy to eat. Tried their party time dip and it was soooo delicious!
Will definitely have to visit again next time we come back to Seaside and PCB!
