Roe Fusion is a Japanese Fusion restaurant located in the heart of Sierra Madre. We specialize in Japanese cooking with the familiarity of American steak houses. Best known for our Wagyu steaks, Miso glazed black cod, and spicy tuna crispy rice. We also have exotic whiskies, sake, and crafted cocktails. Roe signature old fashioned is a fan favorite.

Such a sumptuous and wonderful experience on a beautiful outdoor patio in Sierra Madre. We so loved the yakisoba, and the crab/avocado roll was fresh and tasty. The salmon was super moist and wonderful. Our server Vanessa was a charming and delightful host who accommodated our dietary requests with a smile. We are so grateful to have landed on this spot. Yum!

Absolutely friendly staff & wonderful service. The waitress was very kind and attentive. My 10yr. old son and I tried a variety of items and loved each one. The Shooter is a must! (Dont worry, he didn’t try that with me, lol). His favorite bite was the Kids Teriyaki Chicken, and mine was the delicious Creme Brulee that finished off our lovely meals. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend you do too, if you’re in the Sierra Madre area looking for a clean, fresh, crisp & yummy bite!

Came here for a nice dinner since I was in the area and wanted to try a new restaurant. The decor drew us in, love the koi accent wall and layout of the restaurant.
Ordered a variety of dishes since we were hungry. The burger is outstanding! Love the double patties and flavor! The French fries are also pretty tasty. The chicken karaage was also another favorite, nice big juicy pieces with fried basil and sauce. The smoked salmon was delicious and refreshing along with the crispy Brussel sprouts.
All the food came out quickly and nice and hot! Service was great, thank you Vanessa! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Finally got to try out Roe & it didn’t disappoint. Had a bunch of the shareable eats. Definitely coming back here again. I ordered the chicken karaage, mixed tempura, garlic noodles, spicy tuna crispy rice, & baked crab mac & cheese.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s a nice small place with great service until when we got the hint to leave after our meal. That wasn’t too nice. (Fyi, there was no one waiting plus there were other tables open, but we got the point and left.) Other than the food was good portions are kinda small, the cocktails were great. I forgot to take pictures of the other drinks on the table. The cod is a must to order. The yellowtail shooter was very tasty and fresh. Although, we got shoo away at the end. I might come back with my husband.

Roe has excellent food! We ordered two sushi rolls, one burger, buns are home made, a bowl of noodles and a popcorn chicken and 4 appetizers – shishito peppers, Brussels sprouts, tempura, edamame and the 5 of us finished everything. Cleaned the plates! would definitely come back.

We truly enjoyed our time here . Staff was very friendly & good quality food. We also had our dog with us & our waitress was very accommodating. They also had two patios. She was very attentive. Really recommend this place especially for being dog friendly .

Didn’t know what to expect for a fusion restaurant but this place totally refined the concept of fusion in such a unique and delicious way.
I got two main plates which are very good:
– Mixed kale pink caesar salad: great fresh kale mixed that is tasty but not too intense
– ‘Roe’ hot chick sandwich: it did make my throat hot but in a delicious way
And definitely try these two because you won’t find them anywhere else:
– Hibiscus sour: 1.5 shot Japanese whiskey cocktail – this is extremely good and light enough for me to drive home safe
– Crème brûlée: LITERALLY BEST OF THE BEST Crème brûlée in my life! The sugar coating is perfectly crispy and the inside mousse just MELTS IN THE MOUTH
They have a spacious parking lot, which is luxurious in Sierra Madre.
