This is the most pathetic pizza I’ve ever had. I ate 4 pieces because I was starving. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. I PAID for the extras, but this is what I got. Thin, very dry, pathetic.

Placed order and got confirmation email that food would be ready at 5:07. Arrived at drive up at 5:07 and was told they needed 10 more minutes so pulled into parking spot. Waited 35 minutes. Still no food. Checked email which said order was ready. Eight people behind me in drive up line had gotten food. Went in to complain. Was told food wouldn’t be ready until 5:45. Manager came out then went back behind counter and “found” my food. Got it home and it was lukewarm at best. Ridiculous!

Ordered a pizza online. Web page error, charged my card but store did not get my order. Called store and they didn’t seem to want the business cause they just said call if the charge doesn’t go away. No attempt to take and or deliver another pizza. Done with the bad website and bad customer service.

I ordered 6 large pizzas, 3 different kinds, 2 different crusts, 2 hours in advance for the local VFW post meeting. Everything was delivered right on time, hot and cooked perfectly. Our Veterans were very happy and I cannot thank our local Pizza Hut enough. An outstanding job.
