I regret to inform you that I once sequestered a meal from this establishment, the meal itself was subpar in all manner you could contemplate. The food itself had the outward appearance as if it was possessed by the spirit of a victorian bubonic plague victim. As I am putting my pen to ink my close acquaintance is moribund after his trachea became obstructed by the dollar store tater tots I was served. I fear I may not persist much longer, I can feel the conspiring illness from the english cheese and chili dog pumping its way through the clockwork of my tissue. Have eaten at this location before and was struck with loads of extra charges the first time without being informed. Learned my lesson and decided not to ask for anything extra today. Looking at the receipt, there was an unknown charge of $0.80. Upon asking what it was for, the cashier says it’s an extra charge for the ice for my drink. Absolutely mind blown. I don’t mind paying premium price at malls/outlets, but their lack of transparency is disgraceful.
Subs are average. Stingy with fries. Price not worth the experience. Never again.

Scam shop. Tons of hidden fees that you’ll only realise when you check you receipt. Ordered tomato and lettuce, paid extra but my sandwich didn’t come with it. Charged me for large drink and said regular is out but i saw other customers getting regular size. Ordered Regular sub but they charged me Large price.
THIS IS A SCAM SHOP and tourist trap!!! Avoid at all costs. NEVER coming back again.

Totally disappointed with the food. I orders The Naked Philly which looks very nice in the picture however I was shocked by the plate we got. Not at all near the picture and it looks (not the look nor the taste). Also, how come such a hot dish served in a plastic plate. Definitely NOT recommended.

Located in the food court at Woodbury Commons. Quick line and friendly staff. All we got were the loaded fries which were delicious. All the toppings were mixed in with the fries not just on top. Only issue was they got cold quickly.

I have been at this food court pretty often and lately the food and service had good down a lot, I did not problem before, but this time they went overboard. When I order the bell ringer Philly she ask me if I want vegetables and I look at the photo and say yes what on the photo and then I add the value meal what state that it $5.20 extra and I was cool with that after I pay and waited for the food I look at the bill and saw extra charge for vegetables and charge 1.45 extra for something else which later I find to be large upgrade. The reason I piss is that if I going to be charged extra I would like to be notified, the cashier did not say one word about be charge nor was there in writing on the board. It was a total disaster experience and would not recommend to my other Asian friends

Don’t eat here every worker there is extremely rude and the food very very expensive! $25 for sandwich, tiny fry, and small drink! Hardly any meat on sandwich and asked for light onions and it was loaded with onions! No one there hardly speaks English so language barrier likely contributed to messed up order!

I don’t even know where to start. I ordered 2 bell ringer sandwiches and they were not what I expected. Totally different from advertisement, fries were cold and I had to pay extra for drinks since they already cleaned the beverages station. Got charged $58.66 and to top it off cashier even tried to charge me extra for blue cheese when I saw him giving it for free to the person in front of me. Will never come back. Please stay away from this place!!!

We were hoping there is a Charlie Philly sand which but had to settle for south Philly. BIG MISTAKE. Everything was gross about this place, the stale tasting meat, non-existent cheese and nasty bread. The service is even worse. The receipt had missing number and we had no clue what number we were.
McDonalds would have been fine dining compare to this place.
