Three separate times I’ve I ordered online for pickup. By the time I leave the house and drive to Papa John’s pizza, I get a text that my order is done and ready to go. So…. I’m getting great service and I take home a very hot pizza Im very pleased !!

I placed an order over the phone for carry out that was supposed to be ready at 7pm. Upon arrival, the staff were severely disorganized and proceeded to ask for the phone number associated with my order 3 more times over the next hour. Finally at 8pm, I was told that my order still wasn’t ready, probably wasn’t going to be ready anytime soon, and was handed discarded pizzas that were never picked up.

Papa John’s is a solid pizza chain, but this particular location is outstanding. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and the pizza always looks just like the commercials and tastes delicious. The delivery is prompt, and the staff is friendly and courteous. It’s my go-to spot for a consistently great pizza experience!

Highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this location!!! The absolute worst food delivery I’ve ever had. The woman delivering seemed nice but none of the food was good or tasted edible. I ordered pizza, garlic breadsticks and wings. Wings are extremely low quality and fatty. Worst wings in my life. The garlic breadsticks are somehow dry and greasy, not to mention deformed. Pizza has no sauce and pounds of cheese. I tried to each one of each thing and it’s all disgusting. Paid almost $40 for this, would give zero starts but it’s not possible.

Place an order for a birthday party at 12:05pm asked for a delivery time of 1:30pm the same day. The order taker was great recapped the order and asked the payment method. I stated cash as I wanted to give a nice tip as this order was delivery of 8 pizzas and an order of 32 wings. The manager of the location who name is “Amanda” call me at 12:55pm to tell me that she cannot fulfill the order without a card payment. No problem at all. I confirmed that the order sold still be delivered by 1:30 and of course she goes silent. I said “hello can the order still be here by the confirmed time being I placed the order at 12:05pm and it took an hour to call me back. She again goes silent. I will NEVER order from this store and has shared the experience with the community center who has added them to the list of not recommended vendors for the facility. Poor customer service: IF U NEED SOMETHING DELIVERED BY A CERTAIN TIME DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY

I hadn’t had Papa John’s in a while but someone gave me a gift card so I tried it again and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a small bacon pizza online and chose curbside pickup. After arriving, I checked in on my phone and the nice employee brought the pizza right out to my car. I was so hungry that I ate 3 fresh and hot slices right there in the parking lot. My last memory of Papa John’s pizza was it being floppy with a terrible crust that looks like a hand rolled play-doh snake around the perimeter but this crust was light, flakey, and with the right amount of char. Papa John’s forgot to add the dipping sauce and the pepper but it’s probably for the best since I was eating in my car like a slob. It is funny though because right on the box they bragged about the sauce and pepper not costing extra.

I called them to make a tax-exempt order to a school not even 4 miles away. They said they don’t deliver to schools? The manager wouldn’t even talk to me. Pretty sure the manager just didn’t know how to do a tax-exempt order and was just plain lying to me. Really poor experience. I literally just went on the website and ordered it and they delivered it…
